I extend my apologies to anyone that may have left a request for memorial changes or sent messages - I have been AWOL from this site for far too long. I think it's important to explain why - especially for anyone that may have an issue with me in the future.

Awhile ago I had added a headstone photo for a gentleman buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Geneseo. His daughter contacted me on here to chastise me for taking the pic without her permission. Among the many insults she hurled my way, being called subhuman and ghoulish took the wind right out of my sails. She even thought I was getting paid for every photo I added. Obviously she was new to this site! Anyway - I do this "work" because I want people to be able to find their ancestors. It all started with a friend asking me to take headstone photos of family in Oaklawn Cemetery in West Sparta, NY. There were so many graves and very few entries on FAG so I went on a mission to document as many as I could. I looked up obituaries for those I could find. I didn't want them to be forgotten and lost to time! With all that being said - I am trying to get back to it so your patience is appreciated. Also, if you don't want a photo added - please contact me and simply ask - I will certainly honor your request. Thank you!
