After 30 years teaching in the classrooms of Texas public schools I retired at the end of May, 2005. I am fascinated by genealogy, and I spend quite a lot of time doing family research. I am now Director of Nancy Nail Memorial Library in Mart, TX. My husband and I have been married 30 years. I have a wonderful son and two great step-sons, two daughters-in-law and 8 grandchildren: 1 grandson and 7 granddaughters.
After my Daddy passed away in 2009, I was elected to serve in his place on the board of directors of the Prairie Hill Cemetery Association, Limestone County, Texas. My husband is the president of the Kirk Cemetery Association, Limestone County, Texas.
