I am a descendant of John Parminter and Christian Kronberg (both 1800's immigrants) and am interested in family geneology. Please let me know if you see an error in my work.|
I also enjoy photography where it can document any recordable fact or event, as well as the beauty of nature.
Where possible memorials here should have at least one picture of the headstone, and where known, the location of the plot. This site would not be of much use to anyone if it were not for the people creating memorials beyond their own family. These should be transferred if they are your close ancestors and not mine. Who knows, we may be cousins!
If I have created a memorial of your family member, it was with great respect and the hope that someday you will find it and want it transferred to you (see "Help with Find A Grave" for transfer guidance. NOTE - I follow FaG guidance on transfer of close ancestors.) Let me know if I can help or if you have some additional info, I will be pleased to add it for the memorial. Please use the "edit" tab on the memorial for these suggestions or transfers.
***NOTE - The new edit function is available to all Find A Grave members. Please make sure to check your edit tab on the top right hand side of your profile page.***

|Tami||RE: Lanstad vs Langstead # 63062295|
Hi Stephen -
I have the paperwork for Lanstad - same spelling as you have - and so believe the cemetery has an error on the spelling. There is one more question I would like to ask the cemetery, which I thought of yesterday, and is to see if they have the spelling with Langstead - also. They may have two different listings (spellings) with same grave location. Many of the records were reconstructed after the city took over the cemetery. Very few records existed when the city became caretakers. They have done a great job with reconstructing most of the burials.
But, the paperwork I was given does have the Lanstad spelling. Although the marker reads Langstead.
There is also a Langsted couple, to confuse matters further. I realized later the cemetery guy was talking about the Langsted's vs Lanstad, as found from the grave locations. The Langsted's are different first names from Lanstad/Langstead, so easy to sort them.
I will ask the office a few more questions tomorrow.

|Tami||Lanstad vs Langstead # 63062295|
Hi Stephen - I have taken the pics for the Lanstads in Edmonds Memorial - William and June. There was a puzzle of sorts, because the cemetery office also has the spelling of Lanstad. The marker reads Langstead.
The picture I posted is the marker in location Block 4 Road, Lot 417. There is a listing of a Langsted family buried there - Carl and Virginia. There are also memorials for William and June Langstead. See #5518376.
I will be at the cemetery again and will go during office hours, to check the older records and see if they have the spelling Lanstad. Do you recall what information you saw when you created the memorials? I am unable to find a death cert for Wm or June Lanstad. Found one for William Langstead that matches the marker dates.
I will email you later today!

Thank you for finding and posting his headstone picture.
|Byron D. Lawrence||Rosa & Thelma Freeman|
Thanks for posting the pictures of the gravestones for both Rosa and Thelma. By any chance was the husband/father also buried at Acacia? Victor Verner Freeman (1878-1937) Find A Grave # 156088654. I really appreciate your help. Byron

At this time i'm working the Seattle Times Deaths
and funerals Sept. 1, 1970.
I look at this date back far back enough that I
can show the children and not the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. I believe the children
to be dead by now.
