|Bonnie||Re: Winnie Williams|
What is your source to the fact that Winnie's name was Winnifred? Everything that I find has Winnie, marriage cert., death cert., and all census.

There is an entry for Paul Joseph Frost who died 22 Feb 2013 at Burlington, Skagit County, Washington. He was born in 1920. It also states he is the s/o John Fredric Frost & Zona Choate which I don't believe it correct. The obit below shows the following for someone of the same name who died in 2005:
Paul Joseph Frost
FROST, Paul Joseph "Copper Man" " Age 85, of Sutherlin, Oregon, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, March 16, 2005. He was born on December 27, 1919, in Red Bluff, California, the son of John and Zona Frost. He had been a resident of the Oakland-Sutherlin area since 1964. He married Gwendolyn DeRoest in Carson City, Nevada, on August 1, 1948. Paul had been a rancher all his life and had a ranch northeast of Oakland, Oregon. He also ran backhoe for Ralf Hakanson and put in phone cable for Kinnan, Hinkle & McCoy. He was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church of Oakland. Paul was known as the "Copper Man". He used copper charged with electricity to help rid him of his arthritis pain and wrote and published a booklet about it so that others might be helped. His book has been all over the country. He also loved to hunt and square dance. He and Gwen have square danced all over the USA and Canada. He is survived by his wife of almost 57 years, Gwen; sons, Dennis of Sutherlin; Michael Frost and Keiko Frost, both of Apple Valley, California and Darryl Frost of Oakland. He also leaves his grandchildren, Alisa and Gary Peterson and their son, Khol of Stanford, Connecticut; Douglas and Michelle Frost of Atlanta, Georgia; Nathan and Anne Marie Frost of Sacramento, California; Jason and Autumn Frost and their sons, (Paul's great-grandsons) Walker and Chayce of South Dakota, Samantha Frost of Hawaii, D.J. Frost of Eugene, Oregon; and Colton Frost of Medford, Oregon. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2005, at 3 p.m., at the Community Presbyterian Church of Oakland. Officiating will be Pastor Dana Perreard. Private interment will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Oakland. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul's memory can be made to the elevator fund at the Community Presbyterian Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Taylor's Family Chapel.'
The Paul Joseph Frost that died in 2013 was born 13 Dec 1920 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and his death notice is below:
Obituaries for March 5, 2013, Camas, Washington Post Record:
Paul J. Frost
Paul Joseph Frost died Feb. 22, 2013, in Burlington, Wash., of complications from old age.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Eleanor.
A memorial mass will be held Wednesday, March 27, at 3:30 p.m., at St. Charles Church in Burlington.
I think that there has been a mix-up with both of these people by the same name.
Just thought I'd point it out.

|Brita Andersdotter||R H Ross FAG memorial # 68249719|
Dear Ms. Cross,
Thank you for all the work you have done in creating these memorials. I am wondering if you had any more data on the above memorial. How did you find the Civil War record? I have been hunting my Iowa 3rd great-grandfather Rossell K Ross for years. After he fathered my 2nd great-grandmother he disappeared, seemingly off the face of the earth. Could your R H Ross be my Rossell K? The stone is so weathered it is hard to see if it is an H or possibly a K.
