There is a word for men that lose their wives, wives that lose their husbands, children that lose their parents.

There is no word for a mother who loses her child...

This is about recording history - please strive to get it as accurate as possible.

If I have created a memorial for a family member of yours, don't hesitate to request a transfer.

Any photo I have posted on Find a Grave is intended to be used.... Please feel free to use them in personal use and documentation.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Searching means finding the other entry, even though it may contain an error and working together means sending an edit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Links, Corrections, Transfers and/or additional information:
If you will please use the "Edit" tab located on each memorial, I will be more than happy to correct, edit or add information to a memorial that is meaningful. Abstracted lists should be formulated into complete sentences prior to submitting for addition to the bio. I will not add all of the information from the past ten census records that have been released or any distasteful or disturbing messages. Please remember these are suggestions, not demands.

PLEASE NOTE!!!
Find a Grave does not require that I search the entire Find a Grave system globally, only the individual cemeteries in which I am adding to. Please do not move your Burial Unknown into the correct cemetery based on the information you found from my memorial & then demand that I delete my duplicate. For further information on this, please refer to how Find a Grave handles duplicate memorials.

 Lastly and most importantly:
There are so many absolutely wonderful people that use Find-A-Grave! I am very appreciative for all of the suggested corrections, additional information and photos that have been provided. Please don't allow the rude, abusive and sometimes rather bizarre behavior of individuals to curb your enthusiasm or your want to help others.

MOTTO TO LIVE BY
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
