|I will transfer graves if you specificaly tell me how your related, dont ask if you are only going to say he/she is related to me.|
A portion of the of the memorials listed here are from records which I ran across in research of my own family, and wanted to give them a spot to be remembered as well. Others were given to my by FAG to help maintain after the passing of a dear archivist. I appreciate your help in correcting and improving any memorials I have listed.
If you find mistakes or want me to make additions, please use the edit tab on the memorial to let me know. I will gladly make corrections/additions. Please send memorial numbers when requesting links.
Please observe the livings right to privacy. When posting obituaries with memorials I ask that you not publish the survivors listed unless of course you can verify that all survivors have passed as well.
Per FAG FAQ
Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
You should not copy obituary notices from newspapers to an individual's memorial record unless you have permission from the newspaper to do so or you are the author of the obituary. If the obituary is added to the memorial record, it should list the newspaper and date the obit was printed for example "Published in the Hattiesburg American, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Internet Edition, April 11, 2007". Please do not include the names of living or surviving relatives in the biography, unless you have their permission. If you do not have permission to copy an obituary to a memorial, you may put a note stating the name of the newspaper and the date the obituary was published.

Connie, Thanks for the Nice Photo that you took of his monument.
I also see that you have completed that cemetery. Did you come across his wife, Opal Ralston's monument?
She is my 2nd cousin and I lost track of her several years ago. I do not know where she is buried but died in Muscatine according to SSDI.
Thanks again for the nice photo and memorial.

Connie, I've made a grave (pardon the pun) error on this memorial. I edited the birth date from unknown to 19 July 1920 and place of birth to Green Center, Iowa, Iowa, USA. I have since learned that this was in error and I have no way of changing it. I will check back in several days to see if this edit appears on the Memorial and if it does, I will change it back to what it was originally and I apologise for jumping the gun before I check into the facts more thoroughly!
|David Klees||Elm Grove Cemetery|
As you are working on the Elm Grove Cemetery, if I can give any assistance with identifying and linking anyone named Kleese or Hartman, please let me know. Any Kleese should be my relative; however, there are Hartman burials in that cemetery which are not my relatives.
During the 1970s Mrs. Clement (Mabel Kleese) Griffith (1895-1997, these dates are correct) gave me a massive amount of information on my distant cousins in Iowa and also put me into contact with my Hartman cousins. As you see, I have posted some burials to Elm Grove and have been trying to make some links.
Thank you very much,
David L. Klees

James C.W Coxe has a biography in Who's Who on the Pacific Coast, 1913, if you want to add some details on him. A quick summary:
Name: James Clarke Watson Coxe

Birth Place: Fort Ann, New York
Marriage Date: 1862
Marriage Place: Albany, New York
2nd Marriage Date: 29 Aug 1892
2nd Marriage Place: Alton, Illinois
3rd Marriage Date: 9 Feb 1907
3rd Marriage Place: Napa, California

He was a well-regarded clergyman, a Master Mason, and a very well-educated man.
His second wife was my 3 times great aunt so I have run across his information while working on my family genealogy.

Hi - the name and dates for Chester Noel Piper are correct, but on Find A Grave his wife is listed by her maiden name of Anwyl- It should be Isabelle Anwyl Piper. Not Isabelle Piper Anwyl. However, I could not contact anyone for her memorial.
Would you be able to take hers over as well as Chester Piper. Chester Noel Piper was a brother to my mother Gracie M. Piper Cossel who is buried at the Barker church cemetery in Scotland County, Missouri.
Lois G. (tried to become a member, but could not figure out how to do it.
Thank you sssooo much for the transfers of the Bauer's to me, I really appreciate it. Hope you have a nice day today!! Thank you again! ;)
