Fifth generation Iowan. I enjoy taking time to research the family relationships behind each photo that I capture, using data from public records to add and suggest links and corrections where appropriate.|
If you are related to a person whose memorial I have added, please do not hesitate to request a transfer. I am pleased to have been able to honor your loved one's memory in some small way.

I descend from Sena Cook's brother. I see you've made a memorial for her but didn't know her family. The memorial is 138827868.
Her father was Henry Barney Freers (106244353) and her mother was Jennie Schreurs Freers (106244548). I just added a picture of her. Thanks!

Thank you very much for looking ahead of time for this info. I am sure that if there was a marker for the daughter it is probably gone.
With G W and Mary's only living son in Poweshiek County at the time of Mary's death he probably did not bother to put up a stone for her or add the info to G W stone. Or he did not have the money to do so. If you want to post the photo of the stone with the initials G W H to G W memorial that would fine. Those are known as footstones.
Do you recall if Charles's stone is close to G W or is it in a different part of the cemetery?

Thank you for taking the time to go to this cemetery.
Since contacting you I found G W Hudnutt's wife, Mary Jane, had passed away in Poweshiek County. I created a memorial for her and added the death info to the BIO. Also created a memorial for a daughter that had died in 1860.
Was there any info on G W stone about the death of his wife and daughter? I have found that other death info is listed on other sides of the stone.
Also, when you are out and about could you see if there are any dates on G W and Mary's son, Charles G, stone?

Thank you for creating the memorial for George W Hudnutt who is buried in the Oak Hill Cemetery near Tiffin, Iowa. Would you be able to stop at this cemetery and check out the age of George for me? It looks like it starts with 72 yrs but I was unable to make out the months and days. Thank you for your help.............

You have Frank G. Reddick memorial # 144866069 in Oakland Cemetery, Iowa City, Iowa. I have his father's memorial 18224 Lettsville Ce, Iowa as William Henry Harrison Reddick (you will note on this mention of Frank Grant and William is very famous) also add his mother Rachael Ann Stahl Reddick memorial #75517149. Frank Gilbert Reddick is my greatgrandfather. Thanks

Thanks about the note on the edits - I didn't realize that was there. Guess I haven't kept up with the changes to Findagrave.com :)

Thanks for the correction. I assumed it was Solon from the obituary I had since so many of Kabela family were buried there. The plot numbers and GPS coordinates didn't come through with the correction, could you add them again? Again thanks for keeping me on my toes :)

My name is Rachel Waugh and I would like to request transfer of August F. Freese's memorial to my care. He is my great-great grandfather and I am attempting to build a family history on here.
