Bio Photo My main focus is photographing funeral statuary and the like as it is a hobby of mine. As well as documenting for genealogical purposes, I like to look at it as a treasure hunt of sorts..
I am active usually in the early spring and fall as it gets very hot here.

All stories need to be told in their just time..
For how can someone know where they are going without knowing where they have been?

ELIZABETH HAHN
RE: Jane Cooke
There are many references. the Mayflower Society is challenging her son Thomas Mitchell ( 1630) who went on to run Block Island RI for several years and is buried there.

As a result it seems to me all the documentation I have seen substantiates it. But what I do know is it took me 2 years to join DAR because of the paperwork related ( different lineage) and

They Said this:

If you feel you have discovered evidence, in primary sources such as vital records, wills, probate records, land deeds, military records, church records etc, that clearly proves that the Thomas Mitchell born to Jane Cooke and Experience Mitchell married and had a family, please contact the Mayflower Society in the state of your choice and they will review your findings.

That is what I am looking for.

I see she is your 10th great grandmother , she is my 11th and I am trying to find out more about substantiating her family - Son Thomas Mitchell ( Born 1630) for the Mayflower Society - if you have any details that would be great!
Thanks Liz

RE: Bunker and Swain Relations
My mothers maiden name was Swain, and I can track back to Richard Swain of Nantucket. He was my 9th great grandfather. How are you related?

RE: Wilson photos
Sorry it took so long to answer you. Thank you for the offer to take over the Wilson photos. The Wilson's married into my distant family so I am not interested in taking over at this time.
