Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was raised in Bradford Co., PA on a farm. My interest in genealogy was sparked by my lack of grandparents on my father's side, since he was adopted. So I traced my Rockwell side back to the Rev. War. I like historical research, so what better place to focus my interest on - cemeteries. My wife's ancestors are from Sullivan Co., PA so my main focus is on Bradford & Sullivan Counties in Pennsylvania. I am on the findagrave.com volunteer photographer e-mail list so will take a photo for you when requested.

You have my permission to use any picture taken by me for personal uses. It takes much time and effort to locate, process, and post these images I have posted, so I expect and appreciate the courtesy of citing your source!

If any of the memorials I have created need updates, please contact me. If any are a relative of yours and you want to manage them, let me know and I will transfer them. Please use the edit tab and SAC to ask for a transfer or update.

Thanks for the transfer but you didn't need to do that. I saw someone wanted a photo and knew from the cemetery records and my work on one of my virtual cemeteries that he is not buried there. I also knew he was with a NY regiment and not a PA one and was just passing that info along to you.

John Lyons
I am researching my husband's family, and have come to an end with John, whose parents I cannot find.I have found several references to his birthplace as Ithaca, NY, but Ithaca did not exist in 1785 and the area was unsettled. I wondered if you know what the documentation was that proved his birthplace...which is included on the page on the find a grave site for John.

Hi - I'd be glad to transfer Grace to you. The record was mistakenly transferred to me because of a similar last name but she is not related. Regards - Bill

Thank You!
Thank you so much for adding the photo of John Yaniello's grave! He was my grandfather... I was adopted as a baby thus never met him. Thank you again :)

John Lyons
I have viewed the photo of John Lyons' gravestone. I have noticed that on the findagrave site his birthplace is listed as Ithaca, NY. However, when I contacted a historian at the History Center in Ithaca, she said that that name is not among the early settlers there, nor is it the name of a child born there. In the History of Bradford County by Bradsby (1891) it is mentioned that John was born in the "first house built in Ithaca, NY". Is this book credible? Any information that you could share about him would be gratefully received. He married Jemima Horton from Sheshequin, PA in 1814.
