I am sending you the memorial number of John Conyngham Stevens'(Memorial# 102430015) son, John Conyngham Stevens, Jr. (Memorial# 115211491). This son is buried in Bryn Mawr, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Would you please create a link between the two. Thanks!

Corrections to Walter Gordon Schaefer and Helen McBrairty Schaefer
Hi Steve,

I am doing my family tree and would like to share accurate info for Walter Gordon Schaefer and Helen (Ella) McBrairty Schaefer, who were my Great Uncle and Great Grandmother.

They weren't spouses -- rather they were mother and son.

The confusion probably comes because Walter Gordon's wife was also named Helen (née Kern) Schaefer -- and his father was named Walter, too. Even more confusing, Walter Gordon's sister was another Helen Schaefer, after her mother.

The correct info is as follows: Walter G Shaefer, spouse of Helen •Kern• Schaefer. And vice versa. You do have their birth and death dates correct as is.

Thank you!

Transfer request
Steve, thank you for finding mynAunt Louise Barger 142836261. I had looked for her grave twice during my visits to Wilkes-Barre in 2011 and 2014. Would you consider transferring her to me? I have been managing most of my mom's family's graves.

Thank you so much! I'm hoping to get a photo of her grave during my next visit.

Father John F. Zalewski

Do you know where Father John F. Zalewski (1918-1988) is buried?
I do not know his parents but Father John was pastor of Saint Mary's Parish in Blossburg, Pa. under Scranton Diocese in 1970's and I remember him as a first second grader when he was Assistant pastor of Saint Stanislaus in Hazleton in 1950's?

Father John Died Feb. 3, 1988 in Wapallopen, Pa.

Any help regarding parents or siblings ands burial is appreciated.

Thank you so much for the work you are doing. I have been looking for my Great Grandmother Winifred for quite awhile. And on May 29, 2015 you posted almost the whole family. Thank you so much again. Being in Alabama trying to do research on Pennsylvania and New York ancestors can get discouraging. Without people like you we may be left in the dark on things or take us longer to get the answers. Thanks again.

Finding a tombstone
lteve. First thank you for all the work you do, I have just signed up to be a volunteer too and looking forward to adding information to Ancestry. With that being said, I am from Vermont and was in the Luzerne area yesterday. I looked for my great grandfather's tombstone and was unable to find it. The only information I had available was

As you know the cemetery is divided into sections. Yesterday, no one was in the caretakers or the administrative offices for assistance. Was wondering for future reference, it might be possible to put the lot number.

Although I was unable to find my GGGrandfather's tombstone, I did find my first cousins.

Don't know when or if I will get down that way again anytime soon. Thank you again for all you do.
