|I have explored the history of my family for more than twenty five years. I am fortunate that my grandparents saved pictures, shared many stories and had an appreciation for the past. Credit also goes to Great Aunt Lucile for getting me started on serious research. It is a treasure hunt that never ends!|
I will be happy to transfer family members to you, if they are not a family member of mine.
April, 2012-- I have completed the addition to Find A Grave, all graves not already listed for Rice Cemetery, Dade County, Missouri, based on the roster from 1974. I have added some that were overlooked in the roster, or were buried later. I tried to find information about every person, and hope I have made a meaningful tribute to each of them.
Winter, 2012-- Cousin Roberta McReynolds and I have completed the addition to Find A Grave, all graves not already listed for Long Cemetery, Dade County, Missouri. Roberta also searched Missouri Death Certificates to document burials without gravestones. We believe we have photographed and added all stones with names on them to Find A Grave memorials.
Fall, 2014-- Roberta and I have completed grave photographs for Shiloh Cemetery, Dade County, MO.

Hi, Mr. Jones.
I'd be happy to take responsibility for the Dobbins family.
I've been working on it for about five years now (part time) and am continuing to work on the Dobbins side as time permits.
Thank you for the work you've done to date!

Hi - I am very happy to transfer them to you, but don't remember which cemetery. Would you please request their transfer through the edit button on Howell or Susie's Find A Grave memorial page. Thanks. Phyllis :o)
Thanks so very much for the Civil War service info. I have added to to John's memorial. Blessings! Luann

I just read your bio. Does this mean you are visiting all Dade County cemeteries to photograph them for Find A Grave? That's fabulous! Thank you from a long distance researcher.

|Ginny||RE: Lucy Williams' headstone|
It looked like it was "horizontal." Was it near her father's, Charles Williams? I was there last year taking photos and obviously missed Lucy's. That and the fact that it was pouring rain. I had to balance my umbrella and camera. Not an easy task. And I couldn't roam around looking for more family! Thanks again. Not always sure when I'm going back to Mo.

|Ginny||Lucy Williams headstone|
Hello: thanks so much for the photo of the headstone of Lucy Williams at Sinking Creek Cemetery. That's out in the country a ways and I appreciate your making the effort.
