Absolutely no issue w/anyone using our photographs & information for their own project ~ƸӜƷ~
I agree w/member's comment:
'It is a shame what Find A Grave has evolved into. For some it has turned into a competition of who can own the most memorials & post the highest numbers. These are people, loved in life & death. They are not a commodity to be owned. ƸӜƷ
Apologies to those that have pure motives'
Thanks to everyone who has helped us find our family member's grave sites & who have taken photos

|Lori Lemmons Harvey||RE: Memorials|
Hi Vicky, Thank you for your comment. I don't know if the person with the duplicate memorial is a relative or not, if so maybe a distant. I really enjoy find a grave and honoring my departed family members with memorials. It's frustrating when you contact somebody and they repeatedly ignore you. Maybe their emails have changed or something, but that is the only reason I went a head and created a memorial for a family member that already had one. I notice a lot of people create memorials as a hobby and I think that is great and wonderful. When a family member comes along though politely asking if they may manage it or if they ask them to add missing information that might not be down - well it's sad when they are ignored or told no. So I hope I didn't do anything wrong or against the rules by creating the second memorial??? I am just trying to create these memorials and get my family ancestry completed, because I am the link between the upcoming generations and the older one's, so if I don't get the work done it will be lost. Thank you again for your kind comment. Sincerely, Lori

Thank You so much, the information will be added very shortly
Rose Mary Shepherd White Brooks. I will be happy to add any information you wish. I linked her to her husband, Phillip Brooks.
|Julie Stuart||Kenneth Lee Stuart|
Please also remove the obit from Kenneth Lee Stuart, my father in law, naming living relatives.
|Doris Snyder||Charles P Duncan|
Please note that your memorial has been duplicate by another contributor.
|Jan Darby||Sarah Halliday Doubledee|
If you ever find out anything more about Sarah (or the Halliday family), would you please let me know. The Halliday family is related to me, and I live in California, so it is hard for me to find out about this particular line. Thank you.
|Jan Darby||George Doubledee|
If you want George Doubledee transferred to you, let me know.
I forgot, I am also related through my g-g grandmother on the Reed side of my mother's family to Donna also. Just different g-g grandfather's.
|RCAkin148||RE: Akin Family|
Thanks for the references. You bet, I use those resources and a few others, bookmarked in my favorites bar. Also, the LDS.
By the way, Donna is a cousin of mine. We are related through her Hancock Family, marrying into the Akin Family, through Fred Akin, my great uncle.
If you're in Barry County, we might also be cousins.....lol.
In addition to my father's family living in Barry Co., my mother's family even came through there also. That would be the Reed family.
I lived in Springfield for a few years, plus my parents are buried there in the National Cemetery. I love visiting Missouri.
Thanks again for the transfers and help.
Thank you very much for Buddy Gene & Royetta. I'll call the Nursing home and inquire about the disposition of Royetta.
Really appreciate your help in finding both of them.
