I transfered them all to you. I am sure they are all related somehow. I don't have time to maintain them so you might as well have them. They are not related to me. If I missed any please let me know. Connie

RE: Howard and Alpha Egan headstones
The credit for these pictures belongs to Tom Brocher who has undertaken the task of taking ALL tombstone pictures at Golden Gate National Cemetery. We are just helping out by uploading them.

RE: Lewis and Mable Inman photos
That's very helpful and interesting information that you added about Mable. Why not become manager of the memorial? That way you could enter the information in the text where everyone could easily see it. Use the Edit tab (upper right), and request management under the "suggest any other correction or addition" section. It's my experience that the VA is always happy to give you management, regardless of your degree of connection to the deceased. Cheers.....Richard

Thank you so much! You have no idea how long the family searched for this information. I noticed George died in Charleston, SC in 1910 and believe it or not, my husband and I have vacationed in and around Charleston for the past 20 years. My husband's statement years ago was, "I wonder why I feel drawn here!" Got the answer now! We leave this Thursday for Charleston and plan to search the records for more info! Other family members in that cemetery could be the Dozier family, Apollos and Georgie. Again, you will never knoe how grateful I am! Marilyn

RE: Catherine McCarthy nee Deneahy
To my knowledge, this Catherine McCarthy is not related to our Ritts (and related) lines.

My hubby's great grandmother was Catherine McCarthy - years ago I sent for her death certificate, but the company sent me the wrong one, which is this one - Catherine Deneahy McCarthy - so I created the memorial for her anyway. :)

RE: Solomon & Elizabeth Ritz
Ohhhhhh!! How I wish I had known you were planning a San Francisco trip!! My hubby & I are going there and we could have coordinated to be there at same time as you. Awwww, darn! We will be there on the 20th-28th. Not looking forward to the drive - it takes 10 hours from Las Vegas to San Francisco and is a long, boring trip, but once there, it will be a great visit.

Email me if there are any photos you need me to get for you when we go to Colma. For sure we will be visiting Holy Cross Cemetery, Olivet, Greenlawn, Italian Cemetery, & Cyprus Lawn. We also will be going to Santa Rosa, Sonoma Co., CA (about and hour above S.F) and will visit the Calvary Catholic cemetery there.

We will be meeting a distant cousin of my husband for the first time ever - we found each other online last year, much the same way you and I "met" -- genealogy, of course! Hahaha!!

Solomon & Elizabeth Ritz
Hello Irene! Checking in to let you know that the Rev Solomon & Elizabeth Ritz now has a grave photo. A nice gentleman just fulfilled my photo request for them. :)

George T. Dean Memorial 112750854
Finally, I found my husband's Great Grandfather, George T. Dean! I must say thank you and see if there is any other information you may have or were you canvassing the cemetery? If you are not related, would you consider transferring the management to me? Thank you again, Marilyn Dean
