Hi, I am EJQ, born, raised, and still living in the North Texas area.

Graving, and visiting cemeteries where relatives are buried is a family project for us. I believe teaching my kids about their Texas roots is important.

If you find a family member of yours in one of my memorials, and would like to add more information, or request a transfer, I will be glad to do so, as long as they are not related to me. Also, I'm human, I often make mistakes.

Please send me a SAC. which will give me all the information I need to do as you request. Please state your relationship, too. If you are new, and need help, Find A Grave's main page has a Frequently Asked Questions section, aka FAQ's, which can explain things, much better than me.

Lillie Mae Stephens
She is my 2nd cousin 1x removed. Her full name is Lillian Mae CHANEY rather than Chancy, daughter of Christopher Columbus Chaney and Mary Frances Felton. Her paternal grandfather is Robert Chaney buried in Rule Cemetery, Carroll County, Arkansas (Find A Grave Memorial# 24203036).

Dr. Robert Rockett, Oakwood Cemetery
Hi Janie,

I pulled my Oakwood Cemetery book and it does look like I missed Dr. Robert Rockett and an infant of Charles. I'll drive out to the cemetery today and get a photo of Roberts' headstone. The infant does not have a marker but, is buried in the same lot.

no "legitimate" BUs
There are legitimate lost at sea or missing but I am not sure that these qualify. Neither does "rural burial". If you don't know for sure - they don't belong in the database is how I read the FAQS.

Can you really justify these according to the FAQS?

Burial Unknowns
I know you would like to specifically go through each Burial Unknown to see that they are appropriate.

Inappropriate - Body lost or destroyed - May have died in the civil war.

Inappropriate - buried in a rural area.

You have 5 burial unknowns that are not correct and need to be removed within 30 days - of the time of creation. This is a grave registration site and not for family trees. Thanks for your cooperation.
