Bio Photo Happy New Year! It has been a while since I've had the chance to work on here. Sorry if I haven't answered anyone's messages or made updates fast enough. I will try to get to it as soon as I can. Thank you so much for your patience.

My work on Find A Grave is one of my 'random acts of kindness'. I don't do it for credit or to have more pictures or records than others. I do it because it helps someone out whether it's a photo request that I fulfill, a name I add or just a picture that I take. I do it so others can get on here and find their family or friends. I do it to help others with their grief. I do it to fill in gaps on someones family tree. I also do it to honor those who've passed. Every picture that I take, I take with love. I take it like I would if it were my own family's picture[though I can't vouch for my early pictures on here!]. I put it here untouched so that it can be added to someone's family records. I don't want or expect anything in return for the work I do. The fact that I can look at all the work I've done on here over the years and feel good inside knowing that I've made a difference is enough for me.

I have no problem updating records. PLEASE send any info that needs changed or added through the 'SUGGEST A CORRECTION' button. It is the quickest way because it adds the links and info to one mail and I don't have to search Find A Grave for the record. Feel free to keep the pictures that I've taken and added to this site. They are not mine but belong to the family of the person. Also, if I have added a close family member and you would like to maintain it, I have no problem transferring it. Please use the 'suggest a correction' button for transfers too.
Please keep in mind that just because someone has made a record for someone, it doesn't mean that all the info on said record has come from the record maker. Since we can correct things, the info could be from anyone.

I'm researching the following surnames:
Hampton, Howell, Banks, Watkins, Osborne, Collier, North, Arrowood, Walden and Walls. They are from Floyd, Letcher, Breathitt, Bell & Wolfe Counties in KY and Campbell County, TN.

I have personally walked many cemeteries and taken pictures. Some of these include New Carlisle, Medway, Myers, Glen Haven, Evergreen, Casstown, Donnelsville, House of Jacob, Kepper, Lost Creek, McKendree, Newson, Sodom, West Charleston, Terre Haute, Studebaker, Walden, Watkins, Callison and Kyle cemeteries. Sometimes I take pictures of the whole cemetery or sometimes I just pick random stones. Sometimes it's just the cemeteries front page. It just depends on my mood.

Thank you Amber for the lovely obituary you did for my 5th great uncle. It was certainly thorough! I'm not sure where you obtained all that information but I am truly grateful and will add it to my family tree. Sharon Cheslock

Amber-not sure where you obtained this information, but it was not posted correctly. You told me you never have obtained copies of the interment or lot records for Evergreen and the only place this existed was on the UStombstone and archives project.
Thomas Edward Walborn is not buried in Evergreen Cemetery.
My notes from the UStombstone and archives were not copied/or sent to you correctly from the UStombstone project
Here is what my Thomas Edward Walborn-Lot record-listed as owner of section 1 lot 58
There is no interment or disinterment record for Evergreen Cemetery
Cemetery interment and lot record exist for Spring Grove Cemetery for section 1 lot 15 and monument in Spring Grove
Ohio death cert-burial listed as Millerstown which was used for Spring Grove Cemetery
There is no visible monument in Evergreen

this memorial you have is for Alfred Mason Foust. There is no interment record or listing for him in Evergreen Cemetery.
I worked with Rick on his 2002 publication and those who copied from the UStombstone and archives site.
The record in the 2002 publication was only a note that Alfred Mason Foust had the deed to the lot which his parents purchased. this was just a handwritten note on a piece of paper that was compiled into the book.
I have the original copy of the note.
So I am curious how you determined he was interred in the cemetery? Do you have a copy of Rick's book? when people copy from one site to another they seem not to copy all of the notes.
The only place this person was referenced for Evergreen was the 2002 publication by Rick Burnside to which I copied the whole note onto the USstombstone and archives project
