I became interested in Geneology after the passing of my Grandmother. I live in California and all my relatives live in Berks County PA. So hunting for info 3000 miles away is difficult. I decided then to provide as much information about my local area as possible, so anyone searching this area who is far away, can get info.

Edit system Hi, I am just curious if you know about the new auto edit system on Find A Grave? You have some edits that were sent to you. Maybe you are just real busy right now and haven't had time. That is no problem. Just wondering. I am surprised how many people still don't know about the new auto edit system on Find A Grave that was implemented over a year ago and Find A Grave never told anybody. It is hard to remember to check it once in a while. I have trouble with that myself. Nathan in Oregon
Mary Teter 6902194 I would like to ask if you would mind removing the marker you placed on her page. I placed the original on there. She now has a new one with her daughter that I would like to place on her page, too. Thank you.
Eliza Crowell Someone had requested a photo of Eliza Crowell's stone. I could barely make it out so I went back and made a chalk rubbing of the stone to hi-light the letters. The inscription on the whole stone is: In memory of Eliza, daughter of Joshua & Mary Crowell who departed this life on the 17th day of Jany 1837 in the 8th year of her age. Now I resign my darling child Which was so sweet to me, In hopes to meet with her again When called dear Lord by thee.
I hope you will add the whole inscription to her memorial. It is so sweet. Eliza Crowell died in 1837. She is buried in the First Baptist Church Cemetery in Cape May Court House, New Jersey which is in Cape May County. Yours, Peggy
Mother of Thomas Oxley Hi, My name is Pat Evans. My sister-in-law, Julie Hall McHugh is the Great Granddaughter of Thomas Oxley and Mary Ebbert. She died in Kansas. I wanted to let you know so you could make the correction that Inez is not the mother of Thomas but his 3rd wife. They were married on 18 June 1920 in McPherson, KS. Thomas's mother was Susanna Fisher and she is buried in Qinter, KS. I have requested the link to her and Thomas already. Thank you. Pat Evans
