I am a member of the San Diego Genealogical Society. |
When I'm in a cemetery for a project, I also take photos and info of others there, especially vets.
The best way to let me know about changes for a memorial is to use the Edit button on the memorial. This sends links for the memorial and you. Much easier that way to find everything. And the new edit system makes it even easier.
If I have a memorial of a relative, I will gladly add/change the info, or transfer it over to you, just send an Edit (SAC) with the info.
Please notify me of any mistakes I have made on any memorial so I can fix them.
Sometimes I will post a poor quality picture, but I feel something is better than nothing. If somebody has a better picture posted, I will gladly delete mine.
Thanks, and Happy Graving

Hi Ken, Would you ever consider deleting the photo of the stone you took and posted to Roger's memorial which was taken prior to his wife's passing? You have taken and posted an excellent updated photo of their stone which shows she has now passed on. I hope you don't mind me asking. Also, I have added you to "My Friends" on Find A Grave, hope that's ok with you, and thank you again for your photos and time and willingness to help.

I am in the process of connecting the Bourbeau's at Holy Cross with some in Massachusetts, submitting family link edits through Find A Grave. Specifically, please photograph the marker for Rosyan (Bourbeau) Bourbeau, and I believe that Pvt. Frank Alfonso Bourbeau must surely be connected to our family, (with a bit more research), so please also look for his stone. If you see any other Bourbeau stones nearby, please also photograph those. Thanks alot for helping out, Ken.
I just emailed you a letter, asking the Holy Cross Cemetery for permission to have you take a few photos. Thank you for offering to take the photographs of the stones of Edward A. Bourbeau and his family. I'm sorry I don't have any plot numbers or section information for you. Much appreciated is your time and efforts.

I would appreciate any research you can do regarding the Bourbeau's at Holy Cross. I don't see any way I can get there myself! They should be related to Edward Bourbeau, who is related to me. My mother was a Bourbeau. Thank you very much for your reply, and for your contributions to Find A Grave.

The very fact that you offered rather than being asked speaks volumes.
They are all now, where possible, with family; parents, siblings, spouses and children.
I hope you like what I have added thus far. Should I find any new information I will be adding it to OUR shared memorials.
With great appreciation,

Thanks for your reply and changes Larry.
Thank you for the transfer of T. Tracy Maguire. I forgot to ask for his second wife. But that's ok I think I can do most from his. :)
