It looks like Find a Grave is sending multiple requests today for the same person. I am so sorry I do not know how to stop the multiples coming.

this was my grandparents first son, cannot remember when he was born 1935 I think but needs to be checked and put on here. I was told it was a breach birth and the Dr. tried to turn him and broke his neck and he was born dead. he is buried by our grandparents, willie and Charles Wilkins, can you get this on the site for us. thanks Linda

Joseph Dixon Oates
Nancy, thank you for transferring the memorial of Joseph Dixon Oates, who is buried near Corinth in Mississippi; but memorialized on his wife's tombstone at Oakland Cemetery in Russellville, Arkansas to my care. Your incredible work here at Find-a-Grave is invaluable to individuals like me doing family research. ~ with appreciation, George Gaston

Lindley M Whitecotton
Thanks for contributing photos to Find A Grave. You don't have any copyright or photo copying permission info in your profile, so as per the default copyright instructions on Find A grave I am asking if it is ok for me to copy your photos to my family tree? I use MyHeritage.com for the online version, and it is set to keep the information private for site non-members.

I always attribute the photo to the place I got it from and the poster, both for credit where credit is due but also for my records.

At this time I am interested in your gravestone photo of Lindley M Whitecotton in the Horn Cemetery, Shoal Creek (Midway), Logan County, Arkansas. I am related to these Whitecottons through Suttons. My grandmother's mother was a Sutton. There are also Whitecottons related through my (same) grandmother's father's family. Of course, both of those Whitecotton lines are related to each other, being descendants of James W Whitecotton and Ruth Newton Hudspeth Whitecotton.
