My Father's family surnames are: Barton, Collins, Davis, Dooms, Gray, Jones, Killingsworth, Nelson, Mabry, Patterson, Posting, Reynolds, Seiber, Silvey, and Wilkinson.

Thanks for posting the photo of Emma and Israel Boroughf. They are my great, great, grandparents on my mother's side. Her maiden name is Borough (pronounced the same: borof).

I've transferred Hiram's memorial to you so you can add the additional info for him. That's an interesting(an yet tragic) story about how he died. My 3rd great grandfather was chopping down trees and somehow struck his leg and more than likely bled to death. A very hazardous time back then. I've seen a few tombstones that tell how people died by falling from a wagon and a few that said they were killed by the cars.....which meant trains at that early stage of the game for them. Interesting that they would have inscribed these on their tombstone.
