Bio and Links
I encountered Find A Grave years ago while surfing the net one day on some Hollywood greats, when I came across Clark Gable's memorial. Getting interested in the photos featured, I started browsing names and there they were: Fernandel, David Niven, Rita Hayworth...I was impressed to see such a keen index of so many deceased persons, even though at that time it amounted to only a couple of thousands!

Although I kept visiting the site from time to time, I did not join in immediately as a member. When I did, I used to leave a couple of messages, but creating memorials seemed a bit difficult. The first one came following the death of my Great Aunt, Sr. Teresa Orlando rscj., in 2002.

Eventually, FAG became for me a special point of reference. It did take me quite a time to collect all the information posted here, especially when it relates all the biographies featured. Naturally, in order to be able to present here all these profiles and photos, I have been in touch across the years, with several dioceses, provinces, and archive collections from all over the world. Naming all the sources is virtually impossible, but I have to mention Mr. Salvador Miranda, creator of "The Cardinals of the Holy Roman Church" Digital Resource.

Researchers might find a number of interesting profiles in my entries, including a full Necrology of all the late members of the Mid-West Augustinian Province and the Western Dominican Province, which I added across the years thanks to the great support and help received from Brother Thomas Taylor OSA., and the late Father Fabian Stan Parmisano OP., (1926 - 2009). Other entries include all the Dominican Friars interred at Rosaryville, Ponchatoula, Louisiana. These Friars belonged to the Midwestern Dominican Province of the USA. Most of the Dominican Friars affiliated with this Province buried at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois, can be also found in another Virtual Cemetery of mine.

I always try to remember people who in their humbleness worked and took care of many, in silence, for whom history has left little or no space. Hoping you might find some of the memorials to your interest, I wish above all, that they might be also appreciated by others or remembered in prayers.

Re:Renato Spiteri O.F.M. Cap. Friar
I want to thank you sincerely for sharing the information and photo's. I can still remember when my grandfather Amante and my grandmother( my fathers parents )went to Malta in the 60's to visit Renato and returned with a gift of Rosary Beads that had been blessed by Renato. We knew very little about my grandfathers family and it has been so interesting learning more about his family. Again thank you, Annie

Bishop Estabrook
I was there photographing requests from Find-a-
Grave today. I have his marker and stone if you want me to send them to you via email. I can't add any to his memorial because there is a limit of photos at this site.

RE: Photo
For some reason, in 2011, the Sisters of the Holy Family stopped adding individual names to the big plaque on the side of one of the Sisters of the Holy Family crypts. If I ever see they have updated the plaque, I till post that pix too. I am glad to be able to fill your request, so many markers are illegible. :)
