If a memorial is a duplicate, please check the dates of both memorials & notify the CREATOR of the newer one. If one's gotta go, it should be the newer one. Info can always be added to the original. Deleting memorials means notes and flowers people left go away too. Sorry if I'm snappish but it gets frustrating. Just check first.

To request a memorial transfer or edit, please go to the MEMORIAL PAGE and use the EDIT LINK. If sending obit text, please include the source. Thanks!

Tip: Before creating ANY new memorial, PLEASE search the site first. If one already exists for that person, request a transfer. PLEASE don't create a new one. Duplicate memorials leads to confusion for other researchers and a big mess when it comes to linking family members.

I am happy to transfer memorials to families to update and maintain. Find A Grave has helped me in my family history and I'm glad to share info that helps others.

If I have uploaded a photo you wish to use, please feel free to right-click on the picture and save it to use as you wish in your genealogy work.

My interests include: nature, photography, knitting & crochet, and munzee-ing. I pay the bills as a software engineer.

I call the Midwest home. I traipse all over it.

I believe everyone who's walked the earth deserves to be remembered. Each life impacts another in great and seemingly small ways. For this reason, I create memorials for family and strangers alike. I hope the memorials I add provide people with information they need on their ancestors as well as serve as a place of remembrance.

Shipley's in Shipley Cemetery
Thank you so much for taking pictures of all of my Shipley family's in the Fort Calhoun, Washington County, Nebraska (Shipley Cemetery) I contributed several pictures as well. I am looking forward my Mother's father. I can't seem to find him any where. His name is:Joseph Raymond "Ray" Shipley but folks called him "Ray". YThe family lived in Florence Pct. in Douglas County, Ne. June 5, 1893 is his birth date. He died in 1950 I believe. I would appreciate it if you could try to locate him. He could be any where in Douglas County, Nebraska. Most of the Shipley's are buried at the Shipley Cemetery and others are buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Omaha, Douglas Co., but I couldn't find "Ray" there. I am so stumped! I would love to find his burial. Thank you again for all you do...Mary Christensen

Frederick A. Anderson-Springwell
Hi, You have a Memorial: Find A Grave Memorial# 19891215 for Charles F. Anderson.

A few feet away is an identical marker (concrete w/ a very small, metal plaque) from the Smith Funeral Home in Minden, NE for Frederick A. Anderson "Died January 1891, Aged 2 Years 2 Months Days"

I have taken a photo of this monument. I'd be happy to upload it to his memorial if you create one. Larry

Agnes Christiansen 1892-1907
Hello, I am (slowly) photographing all of Springwell Danish Cemetery; I found Agnes in Block 1. Parents: Find A Grave Memorial# 19891326
I believe Agnes is the daughter of Sorinius F and Christiane M Christiansen. Headstone was in same plot, but no F-A-G Memorial. I have the photo if you'd like it. Larry

PS: If you have any requests for this cemetery, I'm available - (I've only finished shooting Block 1 so far.)

I don't think you will need to transfer. I may add maybe couple three times. It is a mess. I am getting it done . I just hate waiting for the changes that's what is hard. But then on the happy side I get to meet such nice people like you
