Please do not post Death Certificates on my memorials.|
Please use the edit tab on the memorial to send a correction or suggestion so that I know what memorial you are referring to. When it is on my Bio page it is much harder to find.
When requesting a transfer use the edit tab on the memorial

Concerning Mrs. Davis #120254056, buried in Springvale Cemetery in Clinton NC, do you know where her husband was buried, we think his name was Clyde Davis. Thelma was my great-aunt's daughter.
Thank you very much for this info on Thelma, it's very helpful in completing some of my family history. Alan Britt

Were your grand parents John William Evans and Bertha Batts ? If so, I have a photo of one of their children that I would like for you to help identify. My grandmother was Bertha's sister Beulah Batts. thank you

Good day to you John and thanks for the SAC edit on both of them which I approved, then kept the birth year of 1932 on Hubert because the grave marker enlarged shows clearly the "2" in 1932 rather than the 1933 you gave me. If you have any primary records showing 1933, I would at least like to sight that information in the Bio section, otherwise I will leave his birth date as December 18, 1932 using the Dec. 18 you placed in the edit.
Thanks for all your great work here on FindaGrave over the years. Have a nice weekend.

Whewwwwwww got it done. Pic looks great. Sorry.
I posted a pic of Chellie and William Van Mercer on Grandma Chellie's memorial but my mind went blank on how to scale down the white off the photo. I apologize but maybe you can scale it down. This is a photo of their 50th wedding anniversary I believe.

John, please omit my previous message. I thought you were a relative of Mae Frierson, her maiden name is Evans also. I thought you were arelative of hers. I believe you are a volunteer on grave memorials for Find a grave. I am in search of information on locating living relatives. If this is not appropriate by all means remove it. Again, I am sorry for the confusion.

John I am in the Eaddy line. Ethel Evans Eaddy late husband, died 1943.Jackson Eaddy is in my line. He was my great uncle Evander Eaddy's son. Vanders wife Mattie died in 1943, I am trying to find out what happened to him, there aren't any burial information online at all on him. I know this is not in your direct line. I just discovered a couple years ago that the Eaddys migrated to Hamlet from SC. It wasn't until that time, that I was able to get death certificates to verify this linage. Ethel Eaddys 2 deceased sister in laws, Mary Shepherd and Essie Daniels, passed away in 1988-1989. I was referred to Antonio Blue of Darwin Heights (Hamlet) to ask for unknown people and it wasn't until yesterday that I finally got a good hit. A 96 yr. old retired teacher on Rose St. (Hamlet) remembered Ethel Eaddy when she resided on Charlotte St.in Hamlet. In talking to her daughter, she shared that she also was acquainted with some of Ethel's grands. she shared that a grand daughter is getting married soon and is busy with her wedding plans and I am looking forward to exchanging family information with her about her grand or great grandfather Jackson Colton Eaddy. It is easy to run into these brick walls, when these folks died way back and there is no one still living to give you info. Please reply if you can share wiath me some of Ethels living family that I can contact. Thanks so much. Will give you more information when I hear from you. Brenda Cooper Jason of Augusta, Ga. I have a family tree on ancestry.
