I'm grateful for this website as it has answered many questions relating to births and deaths within my family. |
I've met some very nice folks on this site that are more than willing to help you find your family members. I hope I can "Pay It Forward".
My word of advice is: Someone helps you; try to do the same for another. "What Goes Around, Comes Around". If you are nice, cordial and find others for another, someone you don't even know, the favor will be returned.
If I can help you, I will try my very best. Count on it!
If you would like me to transfer a loved one, please contact me using the edit tab on the memorial stating your relationship. As long as they are not my relatives I'll try to accommodate you as best I can.
If you would like to use my photographs, I have no problem with that. Just please give credit where it is due.

|Frances Neal||RE: Terrells|
You are very welcome, Laurie. I, also, took a photo of John H. Terrell. I believe it states that Lucy & J. A. were parents.
|L Evans||Ezekiel Francis Weaver|
Thank you so very much for the transfer, connecting him to his wife and updating.

There may be something askew here. This would make her 50 years older than her husband, Oscar M. Stanley. And, as far as I know THAT Oscar was married to Bertha Allen. They were married when he was about 30 so possibly his first marriage. They had children in the 1920's after Lucinda died.
Therefore, he would have had to have had a relatively brief marriage to Lucinda, let's say, when he was 18 to 25 and she would have been 70 to 75.
Not saying it couldn't have happened but perhaps not.

|Ellen Sutherland Butler||RE: Roses|
I also added Zoza Rose to Find A Grave since she wasn't listed. Would you like for me to turn it over to you to manage?
Just let me know. Thanks, Ellen
|Matthew & Chrissy||Emanuel W Marler|
Its all my pleasure to do the photos and to take good ones. I hate to see bad photos on pages and I try to put up better ones if I can. I have a real good camera and a degree in photography. Marler is in a nice well kept cemetey. It was nice to go to cemeteries like that and it was fun. I also added a new photo of the cemetery that turned out real nice.
|Jerry Hughes & Roger Young||Infant Roach|
I think I may have a solution to who this child was son of. A.I. and C.E were the parents of Daniel Edwards Roach, Daniel Edwards had a son Daniel Elworth Roach and he was married to Lydia Elizabeth Forrest. She died in 1942 a month after I believe giving birth to this infant. When I did a search on ancestry and familysearch.org and plugged in this specific date the only citation that came back a perfect match was a birth index for an infant born to Daniel Elworth Roach and Lydia Forest.
What is so fantastic about your memorial is that up till now I didn't know there was a child between Daniel and Lydia and this probably explains her early death, her death certificate states she died from diabetic acidosis but it also stated she was 1 month post partum. Hopefully this information will make it more likely who this infants parents were.
I am interested if there is a grave marker what it states. Can't wait to hear back from you on this. While I was writing this to you in a suggestion I see you transferred memorial, Thanks kindly, Jerry
|Mary Harper||Rosie Lee Stanley Crumpler|
I have made the connections to her parents and corrected her mother's name on the bio. If you find anything else, let me know. Thank you.
|J. Green||Audrey Ballentine|
I added the photo of the marker as well as a photo of her. Her obituary is attached to her photo. You can copy and paste it to her bio if you like.

|Susan Brown||RE: House Family|
Over a yr ago, you transferred memorials to me from the House family buried in the Jones cemetery near Bethel. At that time, you asked if I'd like to manage the Jones family entries as well. I'll now agree since I have more experience with Find-A-Grave; if no other Jones descendants have made the request. The Old Jones cemetery is on 6252 NC Hwy 11 N near Bethel. Thanks so much for entering and managing these memorials.

|Aleta Hobbs||RE: Sammy Barefoot|
I attached the photo of Sammy to the memorial as you requested. Always glad to help.
