I'm a retired chemical engineer living in the Houston area, though my wife and I grew up in Austin, Texas. We are researching the branches of our family that spread from Central Texas to East Texas, over to Alabama, Georgia, and all the way up to Ohio. We have found this site to be extremely helpful to us, and we hope that we will add information that will be of help to others.|
We have been searching Texas and Ohio cemeteries for Cox, Whitt, Koos, Blower, Stewart, Davis, Cherry, Ely, Hubbard, Zimmer, Miller, Watson, Cross, Hurley, Locke, and Braly, but in the process of looking for our relatives, we have been taking additional photographs, especially in cemeteries where not many photos are available. YOU MAY USE ANY OF OUR HEADSTONE PHOTOS without asking our permission; however, we would appreciate receiving credit for our photo.
If we manage a memorial for your relative, and it is not someone related to us, we will be more than happy to transfer the management to you. Unlike some contributors, we usually do transfer non-direct relatives such as cousins, aunts and uncles.

I would love to have management of these memorials and I am thankful for your offer. These are my grandparents and even though they've been gone a while I live within minutes of here and visit them often, actually both myself and my wife are from families out of Hollister. If you've been to this cemetery then you've been on part of the Cooper farm (Lorena's family) which is still in our family til this day. If you ever need anything from Athens county please let me know, my sister is also the Athens Co. hisorical librarian and has lots of records on this area, her email is email@example.com. I just wanted to say thanks for all the work on the surrounding cemeteries, I've noticed you've photographed most of my ancestors graves in this area! Again thanks so much and am thankful for all you've done! Wish you and your family well,
Craig L. Westfall
Thank you so much for the transfers

Great you found the other half to her ok the Old Zion and the New Zion cemetery is right acroos the road at a road intersection but the church is at the New Zion section.
As I said if you looking for any others then just holler and I will see if I have any stone photo's and you don't have to put in a photo request either.
