Bio and Links
Bio Photo In retirement I have been doing the mowing at the Henderson, NE Mennonite Brethren Cemetery and have done some work on updating the cemetery records. The west half of the cemetery was officially deeded to the church in 1894 but there are burials that predate that. However, early cemetery records were lost in the 1930's so there are burials that are not recorded on the current list. If anyone has a record of earlier burials please send me a message. You can find an alpha listing and a spreadsheet with a little more information on the Henderson MB church website.

Currently, I am working on compiling a complete list of all World War I veterans who are buried in Hamilton County, Nebraska. I have a virtual cemetery of what I have so far. Any suggestions are welcome.

RE: Madison Franks
I appreciate the photos and your search for his personal stone. He didn't appear to have any family left in the area after his death. He may have been buried and no one to put up an individual marker for him. Thank you.

Eliz and Martha Taylor
Hi John,

Thank you for the picture and for all the hard work that you have done. I would say they are their and that the family did not have the money for a headstone. Chesley C. Taylor headstone was bought by the military. I will request that a note to be added that their is no headstone.

Thank You
Donna Cain
