I am Cheryl (Theroux) Murphy-Whitican and have lived in Greene County, Ohio since 1987. I'm a displaced Boston native and active member of the D.A.R. (Patriot Ancestors are Benjamin Bearce, Joseph Ames, Jonathan Howard, and James Keith) . Pilgrim Ancestors are James Chilton, John Alden, Christopher Martin, and Stephen Hopkins, Francis Cook and John Howland.
Also I'm a member of the American-Canadian Genealogical Society and N.E. Historic Genealogical Society.
I've been researching the following family names in the US, Canada, Ireland and England since 1993: Theroux, Hebert, Brousseau, Picard/Pecor, Loiseau-Cardin, Cournoyer, Parenteau, St.Germaine, Jones, Bears(c)e, Howard, Howland, Bates, Nicks, Leo, Ahern, Canning, Whitican, Lewis, Reichard, Reid, Cook, Wake and Baldwin.If you discover any errors in my input, please let me know. Hi Cheryl,
Glad I could add something to his memorial. I'm trying to confirm Fred's wife, Agnes' parents with a descendant. I also have Agnes' mother, Mary F. Ankeney's death certificate which I will add to your memorial for her but there are a couple of descrepancies that I need to clarify first.
I'm not related to the family but had inherited these photos from my grandmother and traced down the descendant so I can give the originals to her.
It's all about sharing and helping each other and not forgetting those who came before us.
