Bio and Links
Bio Photo After retirement from being an elementary school teacher, I have become more involved in genealogy. Visiting cemeteries has helped me complete some missing facts of my ancestors. Since it is impossible to visit all the locations where ancestors are buried, I have found to be a way to see the stones of many of my ancestors.
Memorials that I have in Newton, Barry, and McDonald Counties, Missouri, and Ottawa County, Oklahoma, are not related to me. I have found these stones walking cemeteries and taking photos of the stones. Memorials that I maintain in Jasper County, Missouri, are not related to me. I would be happy to transfer any of these memorials to family members. The reason that I have added photos is to help families find their ancestors.

Please do not post death certificates or obits in the photo section of memorials that I maintain. I would like for this space to be available for descendants to add personal photos. Thank you for helping with this.

Two Memorial No. Gwendolyn Sreaves
Note: There are two Memorial entries for the above. Memorial No. 5662827 with a lot of information about the deceased.
And Memorial No. 42976169 which has a grave marker and shared with her husband Ned Sreaves.
Could these two be put together with whichever cemetery she is really buried in???

RE: Thanks
If you are in the area again could you take a pic of my Father's headstone? Jerry E Vantrease, it is a military marker and he is buried on the far back of the field away from the church. If you wouldn't mind, could you transfer the Mullins' that are in Owsley Union Cemetery to me, as well as Alma Williams? They are all my relatives.

I just wanted to say a huge Thank You Very Much for the wonderful memorials of my Grandparents that you were gracious enough to let me maintain. I so very much appreciate it.

Thank you!
Today with the aid of your photos from the Odd Fellows Cemetary in Neosho, MO, I found my great great grandfather's grave(Dr. Paul C. Yates). That cemetary is big, would never have found it without your great work.

RE: Thank you
Yesterday I started at 7 am going through all of my memorials from Z to A and I don't have any duplicates at all.

The memorial of my aunt was created at the same time I had created the others from that cemetery. I don't know why they chose to merge the two.

With how some people on here are rude and demanding, it almost makes me want to never come back. But if I did that, I would be the loser.

I appreciate your kind words.

RE: Jewell Lillian Harns
According to the Social Security Applications and Claims Index, when she applied for social security she listed Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri as her birth place.

Charles and Floyd Wolfe
Charles Abraham Wolfe (as written on the marriage license), aged 19 from Indiana, married Ruth Conner in Los Angeles County in 1902. They had a child in 1903. In 1908 C.A. Wolfe married O.B. Burtnett in San Bernardino County. In the 1910 census Floyd is living with his mother and stepfather.
Charles' death certificate lists his name as Charles Abram Wolfe, born in 1883 from Indiana.
The name written on the license and certificate are written by people other than him or his wife. The coroner could easily have heard Abraham as Abram. The names, ages and birthplace are too coincidental not to be the same person. And both listed as living in Southern California.
