IN HONOR OF THOSE WHOM HAVE GONE BEFORE US BY KEEPING THEIR MEMORIES ALIVE WITH FIND A GRAVE! |
♥♥ My Ancestors memorials I have created are more than just a name etched on stone as they were someone special in our families life.
♥♥ I'm an avid family historian for 13 years now and do strive for accurate information. I began entering my family tributes on Find A Grave in 2003. Proud to be a 10 year member!
♥♥ My Tn-KY family surnames include: the McPeaks, Copas(s), York, Eakle, Dyer, Brandon, Deckard, Pedigo, Daniel(s), Blankenship, Harp, Keen, Davis, Mitchell, Shockley. Most of these families lived their lives in Jackson, Macon, and Clay Counties Tn, including Monroe, Allen and Warren Counties in KY.
♥♥ My other family surnames to which I have memorials listed as well include: Clark, Yantis, Hart, Dunn, Childs, Stratton, Arnot, Ebright. Most of these family members lived in NY, OH, PA, CA.
Besides volunteering for the LDS Family Search website and Genforum for over 10 years, I have also voluntarily entered Memorials to Find A Grave(primarily located in Barren, Allen, Hart, Warren Counties KY as well as Davidson, Sumner and Macon Counties Tn.
I hope these tributes will assist others with their genealogy research and to learn of their family/friends final resting place. Updates to these will be made periodically as new info is received and researched.
It's a satisfying feeling when you get a note saying, "Thanks for finding and adding my family to Find A Grave".
*MANY of my family photos have been lifted DIRECTLY from my memorials and placed on other web sites ex:(ancestry.com tree's & Find A Grave).
Simply stating "FROM A FAMILY MEMBER, or FOUND WHILE SURFING THE WEB" is not revealing the source nor crediting the original researcher.
