A big "Thank You" goes out to everyone who sends any info and links for the memorials I've added. I regret that I cannot thank each of you individually, although with the new Edit system you now get computer-generated acknowledgements that your suggested changes and/or additions have been accepted. |
I got interested in Family History in 2007, and in 2008 and 2009 visited hundreds of my "dead relatives", as my wife so descriptively put it. (I did meet many live ones, too.) Most of the graves I visited were close relatives of my great-grandparents and one great-great-grandmother: their siblings, aunts and grand-aunts, uncles and grand-uncles, and first and second cousins.
My great-grandfathers were:
James McCullough Minteer, Jr.
Joseph Warner Wright
Marsh K. Renshaw
Robert John Woods, Jr.
Feel free to use any of my grave marker photos any way that you want to, as few (if any) of them have any artistic value which might be covered by the intent of the Copyright clause in the Constitution. (Please note, however, that this only applies to photos with my name under them. For any others, you will need to contact the person who added them for their permission to copy and use elsewhere.)

Thanks for doing the links so quickly. The Reilly Family thanks you!!!
Thanks Rob... I was hoping that someone was doing photos in that area. I have some gravestones from that family here in Essex, Ontario Canada and would like to have added them etc.

|Ed Thompson||Walter Nelson|
Thanks for your efforts in posting up this information. I want to check with you on the information posted for Walter P. Nelson in Riverside Cemetery in Toms River, NJ. I put in a request for a photo, but the volunteers said there was no marker. I'm wondering where the information on the findagrave memorial came from. I'm interested in particular in the suggestion that Walter served in the Navy in WWI.
Thanks for any info you can shoot my way.
Regards, Dale Thompson in Dallas on behalf of descendants in Texas
