Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have a great interest in genealogy and family history. I have been researching since 2004. I have done extensive research on the following family surnames: Wickline, Stocks, Spaugh, Koons, Smith, Cowgill, Gepford. I would be happy to take photos of stones nearby, since so many have assisted me in my searches. Happy "digging" :)

James Stocks at Slagle Cem
Hi, I was at Slagle Cem but didn't find a stone
for James Stocks. There is one for Mary Ann Ross Ray Stocks (wife) and of her children Weston and Silas Ray and first husband William Ray. James Stocks was born abt 1826, had a brother George who removed to Sangamon County in Illinois. Are you related to Stocks?

RE: Thank You!
Hello
Do you know anything about an Elizabeth Richards. She is on the North side of the headstone. The rest of the Richards I found are on the other 3 sides. Her side says Elizabeth wife of ( here I couldn't read the name or initials) Richards. Is she the mother of the others on the stone?

RE: Thanks for Searching
I am sorry I was not successful. I photographed all the visible stones, some only partly visible. I guess that perhaps half have no stones.
There is no office, no directory and it is all overgrown.

RE: Thank You!
You're welcome. I actually did his photo a little while back, but realized when I went to upload it I had cut off the last digit of the date. This was the first opportunity I had to get back and get a better photo. I'm glad to help keep the legacies going.

RE: Catharine Sheriff Wickline
You're welcome. One thing you might want to make note of, both a previous survey, and what I could decipher on the stone indicates that the last name is spelled Wichlein, not Wickline. Hope that doesn't change anything for you.
