|I live in East Tennessee. My husband and I have been doing genealogy for about 40 years on the Reneau/Reno and Damewood lines and have traveled to many states gathering information on these lines. We have photographed some tombstones on our lines in the East Tennessee area and I have added them to Find-A-Grave. I am not kin to most of the people in Lynnhurst and Greenwood but have photographed and added them to Find-A-Grave as a service to others who are researching their ancestors.|
I will handle your suggestions to memorials as I have time.
It is not necessary to send me copies of censuses, death records, etc. Most of the ones I have posted, I do not know.

Sorry but I am not in WV, but after doing some research, I'm pretty sure she is the daughter of George P. Damewood Sr. and Mary Catherine "Daisy" Penturff. I will add this information to her memorial.

Thank you so much for transferring Simeon L Kitts to me.
With kind regards,

Are you related to the Kitts family? If not, would you consider transferring this memorial to me? Simeon L Kitts is the paternal great grandfather of my children.
Thank you so much!
With kind regards,

This is my uncle Im curious as to if you would transfer it to me. It would be greatly appreciated.
|Beulah Karr||Memorial #64364742|
The memorial is made for J.C. Ivy using only in initials, making it hard to find. I have made a duplicate before finding yours, but since he is my direct line could you let mine stay? Thank you.
|Beulah Karr||J. C. Ivey/Ivy|
I just now found the memorial you made for J.C. Ivey/Ivy and was wondering if you could delete yours? I made one with his full name and photo, and would like to have him connected to the other family members memorial. The Ivey/Ivy's are my direct family. JC Ivey is a brother to my great-grandfather William Ivey. (It is spelled both ways, which leads to a lot of confusion)
|Eleanor Morrison Lawson||Mary Loretta Morrison Hawkins|
Would you mind adding these to her memorial:
Parents: William Jasper Morrison #67003661 buried Long Beach Municipal Cemetery, Los Angeles, CA
Mother: Susanna L Case (I have been unable to find her grave she either died in childbirth or soon afterwards. They were married in 1865.
Her great granddaughter and I were working on our genealogy (long distance, she in Ohio and I in SC) when she got sick with CA and died before we got all of the work done. I would love to get this done in her memory.
Margaret Hawkins Smallwood was her name.
If you can just get Loretta's father and mother's names on her memorial I will be eternally grateful.
I would also like to thank you for working so hard for FIND A GRAVE. It means so very much to people like me who seek their family information.
Thanks from the bottom of my heart

Do you know if George W Renenau 25310715, is the son of David Ramsey Reneau buried in the Grace Cemetery in McDonald, Rawlins, Kansas? I have the memorial for David and also the obituary which says he had 13 children. I have four listed as his children and was trying too locate the rest. Can you help me?
Thank you, Marilyn 47393995

I went out to the cemetery today and checked the stone. There are no flat markers for your grandparents. Perhaps they were there originally and then removed when the large stone was erected? The only stones are those that appear on Find-a-Grave. Sorry!
