If you know the location of any cemetery in Ashe Co., NC which does not already have a map on Findagrave, I would appreciate very much hearing from you.

I would like to transfer my non relative memorials to any relatives who are active and co-operative users of Find a Grave. Just ask. I make mistakes. Contact me with changes, corrections, etc.

RE: Hatcher photos
Any photos that I have taken, you are welcome to use on Ancestry or however you like. Any photos that were provided by Riverside Cemetery, I have noted as such and should just be acknowledged on your Ancestry if you use them there.

Thank you for letting me be a part of your family history.

Shull Cemetery
I was just wondering when you took photos of the graves in the Shull Cemetery if you took pictures of all the headstones? Particularly the ones that did not have writing? I ask because I can identify one of those unmarked headstones.

RE: Walker & Haslam Photos
Chet,

Of course you are welcome to use any pictures I have taken for your family tree(s.

The cemetery in Marshallville is beautiful but extremely neglected. My husband and I stopped by their City Hall for help and were given copies of the only map available. If you want me to scan a copy to you (there are four 8 1/2 x 11 pages), please just let me know. Are you related to Samuel Rumph? His house is still standing and I would be glad to take a picture for you.

You actually have already been a tremendous help to me with regard to my family history. You have photographed and allowed me to manage several family member's graves, including my father and grandparents. When I looked at your requests for pictures, I was pleased that I could help you.

I hope to return Marshallville in the near future to take more pictures.

Take care,
Joy

Transfer & thank you
Hello again my friend,
Thank you as always for your continuing help in "reuniting" my family members
The transferred memorial;
Martha Amanda Bourne McMillan # 120355901
has been updated to include her parents, 3 of her 7 siblings and her two husbands.
I will be adding to OUR memorial as I get new information.
With appreciation,
Marcia

RE: Alexander Bucky Mcmillan
Thanks for your answer. I think that perhaps you are correct. I finally after diligently searching found another census for 1850 and Alexander was married to Nancy with one child---so obviously that other 1850 census was not tied to him. thank you for the quick reply. I think that you people who do Find-A-Grave are tremendous because of all of the help it has given to me in my desperate searches. This is definitely a very convoluted family with inter marrying and sharing names. Thank you very much for your diligence. eking1133
