Hello M Kramer. Yes, I have done the Hurley Cemetery and it only! I have a copy of the transcription from the Iron County Courthouse in Hurley (about $5.00). I have Hurley completed and all that I have entered are correct according to the transcripts. I have found a couple that have stones that were not in the transcripts and have that mentioned. I am currently trying to update my pictures and get some better ones and in my spare time I am making a spreadsheet of the names and trying to geet the Find A Grave numbers on it.
Problem - Someone has walked the cemetery (Hurley) and added some of these graves to the St. Mary's side. They don't respond to my emails, but if I have listed them, they are in the Hurley side.
On the site I have pictured the dividing line and walked this with the sexton and then took the pictures.
Now to St. Mary's only. I haven't done much of anything there except add a few photo requests and I don't know the exact count or much of anything. Just where the dividing line is. I think it would be great if you walked it and photographed it. I will stay out of your way. I have enough to do to get the Hurley side up to snuff. Keep in touch if you care to and let me know if you can use any help. Lynn

Thanks for responding. Was at the cemetery last Friday but could not find any grave markers for McGourty family.
|Mary Ellen Carroll||Mc Cabe shared grave|
Hi, according to information I received from the Wilmington library, my great grandfather, Charles McGourty, was the 1/2 owner of the shared grave with Peter McCabe in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Wilmington. Went to the cemetery today and found the marker pictured for Catherina McCaba. Do you have any information on the McGourty half of the grave?

Thank you for the transfers. I have made the family connections.

Checking to see if you would transfer the Howard memorials from Mount Olivet Cemetery in Wilmington over to me. ( Jerimiah, Margaret,George, Jerimiah F. and William J) I have entered the other members of my Howard family buried there. If you are willing to do that, let me know and I will send the requests.

Mary, (sorry I called you Margaret!) - after I sent the msg yesterday, I learned that the memorial I want is "owned" by someone else, so I will contact that person. Thanks for your trouble :) Chris
|Chris Dierks||RE: Oleson|
Thank you for transferring ownership of Ole and Lavina Olson to me - they are the first ones I've done, so hope they are o.k. Could you also transfer K. Kittleson Hove from Baker Cemetery (Leland Illinois) to me please? I have info. on him.
THANK YOU for all the work you have done for find-a-grave - it's a wonderful tool for genealogy researchers.
