Bio and Links
Bio Photo I started doing research when my Mother's aunt handed me a family tree research project she had done. I expanded it. When I found this web site I was very amazed and pleased. I have found cemetery sites with family in them, have added cemeteries and names, and have met some family members, that I didn't know I had. Am living in upstate New York!!

William Mitchell's dates
Hello, and thank you for all the work you have done on this site! Looking at the dates for Ellen Acorn (1820-1904), it struck me that if William Mitchell was her husband, the stated dates had to be a typo. I checked the Pownal Cemetery list, and sure enough, his dates were 1814 to 1876. I've submitted that suggestion to the site. Best regards, Linda

Parents of Henry V. Whitlock
The Henry V. Whitlock #30765905 born in North Carolina is probably not the son of Stephen & Elizabeth (Putman) Whitlock. That Henry was born in Ephatah, Fulton New York and Married a Betsy A. with daughters Elenor and Margret per the 1865 New York Census of Ephratah, Fulton New York.
What do you think?
Thanks for all your efforts.

re; DeKay Family
Deb, thank you for the transfers, I was not expecting so many. Lol.. I hope I can fill your shoes, as you did a fine job as far as I can see. I am having trouble finding what cemetery Harry Marshall DeKay and his wife Lillian M MacMurray DeKay are buried in. He was killed by a Trolley Train hitting his truck in Bemus Point near his property. They lived in Dewittville area. Checked all the cemeterys the there , cannot find him or his wife. Both died in 1931

Duplicated Cemetery
It has come to my attention the there are two cemeteries called the Cape Traverse Free Church of Scotland Cemetery and you entered all the entries in one of them. The other has 27. And yet there is also another Cemetery called the "Free church of Scotland Cemetery" location Cape Traverse Prince County Prince Edward Island Canada with 4 entries. That a total of three one in the same cemetery. I am asking that you not to add any more listing until we clean up this situation.
By the way thanks for all your hard work.
Best Regards
