Hermine Bishop
I am writing about Hermine, as I am a bit confused. It appears that possibly she was first at Eastern State, then Western State?
I find her in the 1910 and the 1920 census as being a patient at the Eastern State Hospital, Lexington Ward 2, Fayette, Kentucky

I can't find her in the 1880 census, nor in the 1900 census. I suspect possibly she was married during those years, but I have found no records of this.

Then, I find her on the 1930 census in District 3, Christian, Kentucky.

What is your opinion of this? Was this common during that time period? I'd love to find her burial location. She was an ancestor of my husband, and I'd really like to find more information on her health reasons for being a patient at either, or both, as the case may be, state hospitals.
Any information you can share, or point me in the right direction, it would be most gratefully appreciated.

RE: Jeffery Lloyd Carroll
I am so sorry to get back to you this late. He should be buried right next to his mother, Patricia Shepherd Carroll, in the Lexington Cemetery.

Thank you for your help!

Tom Hayse
If you'd be willing, I'd be happy to take over his memorial. My grandma was a Hayse, so somehow he's family. I'll see what I can do to track him down - I've done a tree with most of the Hays/Hayes/Hayse family of Christian County. The nearest match I have right now is a William Thomas Hayse born in 1858. Are there any records from the hospital still around?

This is my husband's aunt. I would like to ask permission to use your picture for my family history and on I would, of course, credit you with the photo. If you would be willing to transfer this memorial,I would be grateful.

Thank you for the work you do, it is appreciated.
