I have been doing geneaology since 1984. Right now I am working on the Allgood/Algood, Waltrip, Faith, Hall, Ford, Hoover, Holt, Chandler, and Dycus families and I would love to hear from any of these family members.|
I am not related to everyone I have created a memorial for on Find a Grave. I do alot of traveling and am more than willing to try and help when and where I can. I will be more than happy to transfer one of my non-family memorials to anyone who asks.
If I have used one of your family photos without your permission, please let me know. I have never had anyone contact me regarding this, but I have never done this intentionally to hurt or anger anyone. It was done out of ignorance, but now I know better!
Feel free to leave me a message here with questions or to let me know of any errors I may have submitted to Find a Grave. I am admittedly horrible about quickly returning a response. I get tons of emails a day, but I will respond!

|Kevin Daniel||Moses K. Daniel|
I am related to Moses K. Daniel 39030315. I believe that his mother, Isabelle Kirkpatrick is also buried in the McCormick Cemetery. Moses Daniel was named for his grandfather, Moses Kirkpatrick. The Daniel family lived around West Point, Kentucky from about 1815 until around 1900. Isabelle Kirkpatrick Daniel's number is 174589653 and her husband's (Reuben Daniel 1773-1857) number is 132048009. I would be happy take ownership of Moses Daniel's memorial. BTW, how did you determine that Moses was buried there?

Fort Knox is where they are buried not Knox County. Ft. Knox is in three separate counties. Bullitt, Hardin and Meade.
|Paula Choat||Oliver Jones Cemetery|
Just found out myself - wanted to give you the correction. Your name showed up as contributing the photo of "Oliver Jones" Cemetery in Lyon County, Ky.
Here's what I found - Jasper Newton Oliver and several others including Beverly Oliver (an infant) are buried in Oliver Cemetery off Hwy 93 South about a block past Pleasant Hill Church up on a hill to the left behind some storage buildings and large white two story home.
We searched the Oliver Jones Cemetery located in Lamasco, Ky in Lyon County for days and finally researched at Lyon County, Ky library and located it. The tombstone photo for Jasper Newton Oliver is correct, the cemetery is not.

|Sally Heys||Holts in Illinois|
I am in contact with a fellow in Wisconsin whose grandparents are Edith Bennett and Thomas Labe Holt. They were in Kentucky originally but moved to Illinois. Do you know of any connection to our branch of the Holts? He saw a family picture I had sent to Kentucky Explorer and said the resemblance of those in the picture were so close to his relatives that it made the hairs on the back of his arms stand up. Please let me know if any of the family remember them. Thanks, Sally
|Joy Gray Zeitelhack||George D. Blick/Dennis Blick|
Hi Ken. You and I corresponded many years ago on our KY ancestors. I am desperately looking for anything relating to my ancestor Dennis Blick, father of George D. Blick that connects them for DAR lineage proof. George is buried in Liberty Cemetery, maybe Dennis Blick also?? Dennis died young and left George with his mother Mary Jane Jones Blick. Any gravestone inscriptions would be helpful, or anything else you might know about them. Thanks. Joy Gray Zeitelhack
