Nellie L. Bramel De Lario McKee is two people, the first and second wives of Joseph B. McKee. Nellie's obituary, on p. 4 of the 26 March 1902 Laramie Republican, states that she was born in Danville, Quebec, Canada, daughter of George W. Snaden. She married Joseph B. McKee on 30 May 1894. She was not related to Charles W. Bramel.
The probate file of Mary Jane (Evans) Bramel, wife of Charles W. Bramel, lists the following heirs for Mary Jane:

Her daughter Anna Richmond Bramel, born 6 January 1865--
Her daughter Ella Maud Bramel, born 5 February 1867--
Her son Charles Walter Bramel, born 9 April 1869--
Her son Burleigh Evans Bramel, born 7 April 1871--
Annie Richmond Bramel married John E. De Lario in 1882. The obituary of Joseph B. McKee, on p. 1 of the 31 December 1906 Laramie Boomerang, states that his second wife was Annie, daughter of Charles W. Bramel.
