I am a Cornwell. My Cornwells came to VA in the 1600's and then immigrated through OH and on into IL. My dad and I have been researching the Cornwell family for well over 25 years. Rather than focus solely on my line, I have had an interest in all people with the Cornwell name--trying to link them all together.
I also have a particular interest in the burials of Clark County, IL, where much of my family resides. Please send any additions and corrections to my memorials using the edit tab on the top right corner of the memorial page to make it easier for me to make the proper corrections.
Willie R. Frazier, aka Frasier #54009292 Hi Cindy, Thank you so very much for putting through the various Frazier family link suggestions I have sent your way over the last few days. I very much appreciate how promptly you have responded to each one! It's quite amazing to say the least with the more than 37,000 memorials you manage. Again, thank you so much and thank you for the incredible contributions you have made towards Find A Grave and all of us who benefit from it!!
Since you have been so quick to input the changes, I'm writing now to inquire about the one request I did not hear back on. It was the only request I made for a transfer. This was for the memorial of Willie R. Frazier (I added the photo of the headstone this week), memorial #54009292. I was concerned that maybe you did not receive the transfer request due to the robot message I had to respond to which was new to me. If you did receive the request and are undecided, I would like to say again how much I would greatly appreciate you transferring his memorial to me. I sent you the links to his parents which you input, and I will take very good care of him if you honor this transfer request.
Ralph Woodward Lowe and family Just a note to let you know I have updated the pages for Ralph, his wife Tryphena, and four of their children buried in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka, Kansas. You had sent me the link for Ralph's father.
So many sad deaths in this family. Two children died in California, according to the California Death Index, but I could not find them on Find A Grave.
Find a Grave information change Cindy, I am working on the records and taking pictures of grave stones for the Walnut Prairie Cemetery in York Township, Clark County, Illinois and noticed that you had created a memorial for Elizabeth Collier Davis. I believe that this should be Elizabeth Davis Collier. I am working on the Collier section of the cemetery and have put a picture of her gravestone under the entry with the Collier surname. I am in contact with someone in the Collier family and will check with her to see if there ever was an Elizabeth Collier who married a Davis, but this girl was only 16 when she died. If you believe that my information is correct, could you remove the Davis entry from findagrave? Thanks for all you do for Clark County genealogy.
