Joshua Phelps
Hi Cindy,

Received your message regarding Joshua Phelps. He is not my direct line and all I have for him is a birth and death date. Born 8-13-1813 and died 10-29-1845. I have no middle initials for him. I don't think the one you found is Enon's son.

Thank you for contacting me,

Just wondering if you were related. I used to work for him at Browning.

Utah Co. Whitney photo
I an a Vermont Civil War buff, and am presently working on a project to identify the last resting places of many of our "old soldiers" that had Vermont ties. Leonard Whitney is one such patriot. May I use the photo that you contributed to his memorial page, to post on the Vermont Civil War site? ( ( or others that I may discover that have a connection to Vt?

You would receive credit for this.
Yhank you for your consideration.

RE: Emily C Baldwin
Thank you for your e-mail. Would that be appropriate to ask him to transfer his info to mine? He posted in 2002 long before I did. But she is my gggrandmother, so does that have priority?
He has the photos of the grave site on his posting and I do not.

Nathaniel Starr Baldwin b: 23 Oct 1812 was the son of Nathaniel and Susanna York Baldwin.

Nathaniel Starr Baldwin died on 10 Dec 1859 in Woodbridge, New Haven, CT.

I have tons of information on my Baldwin family as they first came to America in 1636. Much of the infomration is documented in books and archives.

Thanks again.

Thank you for notifying me about my posting of my gggrandmother. I did not see the other posting which was done before mine. I do have more information on my posting, so I don't know that I want to delete mine. If they can both stay, then we should leave it that way, I guess.

Marquerite May Poling was my great aunt, the sister of my grandfather, Earl P. Poling. To the best of my knowledge I have no other relationship with the Deavers family. When I go to "Find a Grave to make an entry or correction I often just check the family name listed under that cemetery and make obvious entries just to update the records. In this case there were many Deavers entries listed, many showing mothers and fathers or spouses but the connection had not been made in Find a Grave. If I can add a mother, father, spouse connection I do it. I'm retired and have the time to do a little research when needed.
