|Doris Wyss||Mercy & Samuel Sumner|
Thank you so much for the very fine photos for Mercy & Samuel. I would like to ask your permission to post the photos on ancestry with photo credit to yourself. Please let me know if this would be okay. Thanks again, Doris
|Pamela Thompson||Gravestone Photo Permission|
I am happy to see that you photographed the gravestone of Lore Alford in Town Cemetery (Memorial# 80724418).
I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Maine Obituaries, where his obituary is (or will be) included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/MEOBIT.htm.
May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, the photo caption will say:
Photo from [cemetery name, city, county, state]—www.findagrave.com
Permission granted by the photographer, dlprescott22 [or your name if you prefer]
And thanks so much for your gravestone photo work!
Pamela Alford Thompson (Find A Grave #47195155)

Thank you so much for adding a copy of the stone that can have its dates read.
|Scott Reed||Pvt Lorenzo J. Hall #80694964|
I'm not sure about how to proceed with this one. Lorenzo shows on U.S., Burial Registers, Military Posts and National Cemeteries, 1862-1960 being buried in
Chalmette National Cemetery
St. Bernard Parish
He was entered by Graver Bev #47588577 who has since passed away. The Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War has taken over the maintenance of the memorial #13615232. I have identified your memorial in the bio of this one. Do you know if he was moved or the family had a headstone placed there as a memorial?
Many thanks for the photos. I really appreciate it.
