Bio and Links
Bio Photo In early 2011 following the death of my mother at age 95, as I was cleaning out drawers and boxes, I came across scads of family genealogy information and photos that had been accumulated by my father and maternal grandparents over the years. Since that time, I have become obsessed with continuing to trace my family's lineage in the hopes of passing the information down to my children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

When I became stuck trying to find the death location of one of my second great grandfathers, Josephus Morgan, I found it on Find A Grave. I was so impressed with this website and the volunteer who had taken photos of his grave, I decided to become a volunteer and give something back to what I had been given. While I signed up to volunteer earlier in 2012, it is only in June that I have taken the plunge and claimed/fulfilled my first missions. I have been bitten by the bug, and hope to complete many more. My wife Marsha has joined me in helping to find sites and trimming the grass and sweeping the leaves off markers. I will be happy to transfer management of memorials I have created to any relative.

You're more than welcome to copy or edit the picture as you see fit - consider it yours! :) We were in the area vacationing and I'm a genealogy nut so thought I'd take a crowd out with me to fill some FindaGrave requests. I do have the photo still and will copy it over for Rebecca's request. Take care, Matt

RE: Dolly Whitney
Yes, you have my permission to use the photo any way you want to, and need not credit me in any way! Sandy (Sadly the stone had bird stuff all over it, and I tried to get it off. Those are the stains that you see on the stone caused by the water that I used. It was not dry when I took the picture.)

Thanks for the pictures. The picture of Benjamin and Rosa Avery's monument is very easy to read. Thanks for fulfilling the photo requests!

RE: Masons in Woodlawn
Thank you again, Peter. I just created and requested for Edith Mason. Also, would you please add the MASON stone to Ida Mason's memorial? They all got it except for her. Many thanks! Janice
