Bio and Links
Bio Photo I was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and grew up just east of there in the small town of Murrysville. Through Army, college, and company transfers, I've retired to East Texas.

I was married to Janet Marie (Vogel) Hartley ,and have three children, Tim, Todd & Kari.

My genealogy interests are (Paternal): Hartley, Headlee(ey), Gass (my stone wall), Fordyce, Lemley, Shriver, Barrickman, Jones, Cunningham and Prickett. (Maternal): Green, Knox, Jackson, Scott (England), Heacox, Barton and Hawley.
I'm willing to take photos for anyone in and around the Tyler, Texas area. I would like to thank those that have taken photos for me. I've "met" some great friends that way.

Please email me with any additions and/or corrections and I'll gladly update.

Please note: Many thanks to Carolina Angel for sponsoring my wife's memorial page.

A very special thank you to my friend Diane Miller for sponsoring my great grandparents, Joseph & Margaret (Scott) Green and Albert Henry Knox. Please visit Diane's family.

Not a problem, Olin. We're actually traveling down to TX hence my not really replying back to you. More when I'm back home. Blessings, Barb

Thanks Olin. My dad's second wife was a Hartley (Florida clan). I never did get information on her ancestry before she died but that was because I wasn't hooked on genealogy at the time.

RE: Bunnell Family
You know what, Olin - if they are the six I just added, why don't I just transfer management to you? That is, if you want me to. Otherwise, whatever is easiest for you is fine with me! Blessings, Barb

RE: Bunnell Family
Good to hear from you again, too, Olin! I now have all the BUNNELLs in Graceland Cemetery on F.A.G. memorial pages. After your comment on the HEADLEEs, I checked my book. There were six more HEADLEEs in Graceland that didn't have memorial pages so I created them for you. Hopefully they are some you have been looking for. Now there should be a total of sixteen with HEADLEE/HEADLEY in their names in Graceland Cemetery on F.A.G. memorial pages. I'm not so sure the Sarah Headley Bunnell I put in at some point shouldn't be spelled Headlee also. I just spelled it the way it appeared in her hubby's obit. Anyway, have fun checking out the six new HEADLEEs!! Blessings, Barb

RE: Bunnell Family
You are most welcome, Olin! I believe I added four new BUNNELL memorial pages that I also took photos for while at the cemetery. You might want to check them out to see if they are any you are interested in. Blessings, Barb

RE: George E. Bunnell
You are very welcome. I believe that the circumstances which lead to an interred individual having no marker should not impede them from being as recognized for their life and accomplishments as anyone else, so I do a lot of unmarked individuals' graves. I am pleased that you will so honor Mr. Bunnell. Thank you.

RE: Sackett from Rose Hill in Chicago
You're very welcome. Since they are in your family line, it made sense to me. I too am a Sackett descendant but not from that line :}

Sackett from Rose Hill in Chicago
Since they are your line (and not mine as my Sacketts didn't come to Chicago) I have transferred Arthur and Clara to you for maintaining.
