I am an attorney and court commissioner in Dodge County, Wisconsin. My lovely wife Julie and our kids Philip and Grace (and dog Howie) enjoy exploring cemeteries with me.|
Like most of my fellow gravers, I do this to preserve the history of those who came before us and the often beautiful works of art that mark their final resting places - and to make the information more accessible to those who might be searching for it.
My information comes from a variety of sources, including older cemetery transcriptions done by others. Feel free to contact me with corrections, additional information, transfer requests, questions, etc. I'll be happy to help if I can.

Hi, Steve. I looked on Google maps until I got a headache (: but was unable to spot the cemetery. I did not take the photo. It was on an old early 1900s postcard that I came across. I live in Florida. I wish I could help you, but I'm not planning any genealogical field trips to Illinois any time soon. It would be fun to discover! I'm so sorry I can't help. Good luck!
Just wanted to say thank you for taking a photo of my great-uncle's grave for me.

There are no stones remaining, you have to walk up a hill and through some timber to get to it. My 2nd great grandfather is buried there. He was an inmate of the Logan County Poor Farm.

Thank you for adding the info for my great grandfather. I may not be able to visit his grave but I can come here to honor him.
