Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am working on geneology for my husband in the New Lisbon, Wi area with his relatives Mead ,Northcotts, and Olsons. Its been a lot of fun .

My brother has done extensive research into our family background. Our lines include Pierce, Bond, Ramey, Rolstons, Vaubels... So of course I bounce back and forth between my side and my husbands.

My interest in the cemeteries became more important, following the death of our youngst son Kris at the age of 35. He is buried in one of the little country cemeteries in our township. I have even joined our Town of Fountain Cemetery Board and am now Chairman. I like trying to make the cemeteries more accessible and attractive, for all.

And so I decided I would work with that one and other small country cemeteries in our local area. I think this is a good website as our loved ones and others should not be forgotten. One little girl was buried in our local cemetary without even a stone to mark her passing. I couldnt get that out of my mind.

I have set out to photograph the entirety of the small cemetaries in my area and so far have done the Town of Fountain cemetaries and a few outside of that. I find this very addicting!

Since connecting the present with the past is my personal goal, I will be happy to hand over any management of your family members to you. Just let me know. In return, I like to add information on my own and link them into a giant Find a Grave Family tree , so to speak.

I will also be happy to fulfill photo requests for cemeteries in Juneau or Monroe County, Wisconsin, if fairly close.

Permission is given to use any of my cemetery photos, as long as my name is on the photo credit.

RE: James Herniman
My fault - I copied and pasted the wrong Find A Grave Memorial number into the father field. Thank you so much for taking care of all these graves and their information!

Thank you Kari - These are siblings and in laws I never knew existed until recently. Trying to catch up on the genealogy, finding burials, and so forth. I appreciate your willingness to transfer. Enjoy the rest of the holiday weekend! ~ Nancy

Jared Harrison
Thank you for your response and welcome. I've been a user for years, just never signed up.

The Jared Harrison bio for under memorial 107455797 was my 5th g-gf. His parents were Aaron Harrison and Jerusha Warner. He married Hannah Webster. He was b 1749, d 1810.

The other Town Hill Cemetery memorial (#42377240) Jared Harrison was a 2nd cousin 9x removed. His parents were Jared Harrison (another) and Hannah Waterhouse. He married Asnath Stevens. He was also b 1749 and died in 1842.

The memorial bio info under 42377240 was correct as to being the other Jared Harrison. I haven't been able to confirm that my 5th g-gf Jared Harrison was also buried in Town Hill. Did you have info that he was there? Thanks again.

Jared Harrison
Hi Kari.

I'm trying to verify your memorial # 107455797. That Jared Harrison b 1749 d 1810. There is another Jared Harrison in this cemetery, also born 1749 under memorial #42377240. Do you have confirmation these two are different? Thank you

RE: Laura Bronson
Hi Kari,

I'm sure she is there, but either the grave is unmarked or is so far buried under the sod as to be unfindable. There was one half buried grave that I managed to unearth, but it wasn't her. :(

Kari,
I'm working from a list provided by the cemetery. It's good to have a reference.

Pictures of Andrew and Olen Moe
Hi Kari,

I was at the Camp Dodge Cemetery last week and I had taken a few pictures that had been requested for that cemetery. I did add a few pictures for Lawrence O Moe and have added those to his site listing.

While I was there, I took a bunch of other pictures that I believe are related to Lawrence. I wasn't sure if I should send you those pictures, or if they have a Find A Grave listing (I searched a couple and I couldn't locate them.

The ones I have pictures for are:
Andrew Moe 1860-1943
Andrew Moe 1885-1927
Olena Moe 1861-1943 (hers says Mother)
Otto Moe 1903-1965 (his says Brother)
Mabel Turner 1896-1940 (I'm not sure if there is a connection, but her headstone says "Mother")

Thanks,
Deb

RE: Bertha Nelson Bires
Ok thank you. I live in Washougal WA. Its mild temperature here in low 70s rains at night keeping everything green and flowers 💐 watered. Would your husband know if Joseph Bires played a accordion? I inherited one but don't know the family history. Its old , the keys are held together with beas wax. My gpa was Herman Bires son of Joseph Bires and Bertha Bires .
