Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogy for many many years and really like I used to do just my own family but now do cemeteries where ever we go. If someone sees anything that is wrong or if you have anything to offer please contact me as I would be glad to help.

Use the edit function for transfers. Include your contributor number so I get the right person.
Find-A-Grave guidelines for transfer requests are for direct relatives (spouse, siblings, parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents). If you are requesting a transfer, please be specific about your relationship. I generally will not transfer aunts, uncles or cousins. I am not willing to transfer my family members, but I will be happy to add information to their memorials.

I have no objection to transferring memorials of your close relatives. Please be sure to tell me the relationship. I will no longer transfer memorials to someone asking for all memorials of a surname to be transferred to them. There are lots of new members requesting transfers who are managing many more memorials than they have posted. Please keep in mind that this web site won't work if you aren't willing to go out and gather information that might help someone else!

Hi Penny Lee:

Through the Minnesota Birth Index, I was able to find the name of Child Irwin. He is Donald F. Irwin. Do you mind updating his memorial?

Thanks for all you do!

Mac McFadden
I noticed that Ronnie isn't listed in the obit as Mac's son. Is that a mistake? I know that Ronnie is Dolores' son and his last name is McFadden. Thanks, MaLisa

RE: James Weldon
Thank you. I didn't know if you had more information. His daughter said some time ago that she (widow) intended to scatter his ashes, but never got around to it! Her family probably did bury him when they buried her. Now the daughter is deceased, too.

RE: Transfer Graves
What is the proper manner since it appears that everyone wants it done differently?

Woodard Family Picnis
Hi. I noticed you have photographed and maintain a huge portion of the Woodard family graves in Idaho. I'm a descendant of Clarence Greenbury Woodard and Vida Ethel Simmons Woodard. My Mom is the only living child of Clarence and Vida.

I'm wondering if you or a member of your family are descendants of the Woodards and/or the Simmons. If you are, there's a Woodard Family Picnic on August 8, 2015, at the Lakeview Park in Sandpoint ID. Coffee and donuts start at 10 am and the potluck lunch begins at 12 noon.

There's an auction afterwards that usually has some white elephant stuff and family heirlooms. The last two picnics I've managed to get some of Vida's crocheting and a few pieces of her salt and pepper shakers collection. We need to be out of the picnic shelter by 3 pm.

My cousin Susan is in charge of the picnic this year. If you want, I can ask her to send you an invitation but you don't need one. Just let me know if you're attending so we can welcome you.
