I'm interested in adding and linking as many family members as I can. My goal isn't to have the most memorials. It's to connect to as many as I can. To find, and to help others find as much information on family members as possible. I've had some great luck on Find A Grave. I hope I help others do the same. Feel free to use my photos. I know it is nice to find a headstone photo that is in an area that is far from you.|

Many thanks, Terry!

I will send you two obits on Frances
Am surprised that she is not otherwise represented on the Burlington Cemetery site. Where are her parents and other siblings buried? Info to share.Gene

Hi Terry, your name is posted on the Daniel George Stover site at Burlington Cemetery. His sister Frances Stover , art critic of THE MILWAUKEE JOURNAL, is also buried at the Burlington Cemetery. Her obit was published Friday, May; 5,1967 in THE SENTINEL and in THE JOURNAL. Frances' name does not appear on FINDAGRAVE at the Burlington Cemetery. On September 18,2003 I found the F.W.Heine diaries 1879-1921 in the display case of Milwaukee County Historical Society. These are the only narrative of a panorama company, that of William Wehner (1847-1928) of Chicago who built his panorama studio in downtown Milwaukee. From 1885-88 Wehner produced 2 units of BATTLE OF ATLANTA, 2 units of BATTLE OF MISSIONARY RIDGE & LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN and 3 units of JERUSALEM ON THE DAY OF THE CRUCIFIXION. The Heine diaries needed to be transcribed in German, translated to English, scanned to computer. Michael Kutzer,born 1941 in Leipzig like Heine, is transcriber of this project. MISS STOVER WROTE THE OBIT OF F.W.HEINE.She is a "real big deal."

I'm sorry, I am not real familiar with this site so I was not forthcoming with details. I am the granddaughter of Miriam Eloise Self Plouer. She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary E Self of Jacksonville, IL. Are you a cousin?
|Mike Casey||RE: Irl Dee|
Transfers made. Thanks for Dad's flowers, and good luck in all your efforts.
Great granddaughter of J.T. and M.E. Self.

You have my permission to use the requested photos for the stated purpose. Thanks again, and let me know if you wish either or both transferred. Also, I will attempt to supply their exact plot info soon.
