I am originally from Lockport, New York but have lived in North Carolina for 36 years. Five years ago a distant cousin got me interested in genealogy and that is how I got connected to find a grave. I enjoy trying to help others find information about their family history. I find it pretty interesting researching headstones and the stories they tell when I am on a search.|

|Mike Mangum||RE: Photography At Lakeland Memorial Park|
I actually work at Lakeland and we have had some questions from family members, including my own, who did not and have not asked for photos to be taken nor shared on this site. Your name was noted as a contributor so I sent the same info to every person who has posted info relating to Lakeland Memorial Park. This unapproved photography and publishing of the info is in direct violation to our corporate policies. I feel confident that you DO NOT have written permission from 8000+ family members.
If so, provide this documentation and we will be fine.
Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

Photography of memorials at Lakeland Memorial Park is expressly prohibited withoiut the express approval from a family member. This action needs to be ceased ASAP and existing references and photos without permission should be removed.

I meant Hi Judy, not Mary. Sorry about that.

I was looking through photo requests near me and plan on getting to this cemetery in the near future. Just wanted to let you know there are duplicate memorials for Mr. Galambo if you'd like to delete one. Hopefully, I'll be able to find the monument and will upload as pic as soon as possible (or at least advise of my findings). Kathi

Just wanted to say thanks for your beautiful photography. You are an artist. While it is important to have a digital record to document dates, relationships, etc., it is wonderful to see the tombstones and the scenic beauty that sometimes surrounds them. In particular, I love the pictures you took at the old Williams-Griffin Cemetery in Monroe. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.
