As a child, I have fond memories of my family visiting the cemeteries where our loved ones were interred. The extended family, aunts and uncles and grandmothers would go with us and as we walked, they told stories of different times. I am so glad that I wrote down so much of their remembrances. |
I find the consecrated grounds peaceful and enjoy being able to help others unfold stories of their own.
I'm trying to be careful, but...so,if you find mistakes, please bring them to my attention.

Hi Gail. I guess what I was saying is that she has two gravestones. One lone gravestone in the Gatesville City Cemetery and the other with her husband. I'm guessing the one in Gatesville cemetery is a memorial gravestone because cemetery records do not show her to be buried there although there is a gravestone.

Ms. Reynolds is shown to be buried with her husband in the Leonard Cemetery in Fannin County. She also has a gravestone in the Gatesville City Cemetery but is listed singly.

All I do is save a photo to my computer and go into the photo and click on crop espially one like the full headstone and crop it to where only the subject appears and maybe some of the background then save again and it will automatically enlarge
when retrieve to post on Find A Grave or like in a Tree on ancestry. Hope this helps you.
