Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am still new to the whole genealogy thing. I have only been doing for about 15 years. I am hoping that my children will continue the search.

My Paternal Great Grand father and Mother came from Scotland (but met in Illinois) and my Maternal Family is from Connecticut from the 1652ish. I am in the St. Louis, MO area.

I am working on the Stewart, Robertson, Sage and English Families currently.

Photography is relaxing for me...so I take photos and add them. There is cemetery that I am working on that across the street from my children's school. If you want one of my photos, that is fine, but I do want credit. I however would prefer that they are not added to Ancestry. It is more that you might credit me, but the person that acquires it from you might not.

PLEASE -Turn on your messages. You are missing out on A LOT of info that people may want to share with you.

Please remember, when you start researching a new geographic area, that those living in the area, probably know more than you, but there are some that don't. Like St. Louis City and St. Louis County are very separate, but very connected. Please look at an actual map that has city and county boarders, that is dated for that era, NOT a current map. For example, much of what is warehouses now by river, used to be housing.

Thank you.

Just another twig in the tree.

RE: Frederici @ StL Calvary
Thank you so much for your efforts. I don't suppose the cemetery had any idea as to why this section has no markers? Perhaps this was an area for poorer folks who couldn't afford a stone? Again, thank you, your efforts mean a great deal to me.

No I wouldn't delete it. I was just curious if you were related and I was going to ask you a couple of questions :0) I did post Ethel's obit which does list some other Diffendoffer relatives (at least one) that may help you. Did any of your Diffendoffer (or sound alike) ever marry into a Mcvey family? Ethel's Memorial# 83453803

Any Relation to her? You posted her Death Certificate is why I ask. I found her obit in my GG Grandfathers stuff. It was left in a small box with my GGG Grandfathers obit.
