I am a Cornwell. My Cornwells came to VA in the 1600's and then immigrated through OH and on into IL. My dad and I have been researching the Cornwell family for well over 25 years. Rather than focus solely on my line, I have had an interest in all people with the Cornwell name--trying to link them all together.|
I also have a particular interest in the burials of Clark County, IL, where much of my family resides. Please send any additions and corrections to my memorials using the edit tab on the top right corner of the memorial page to make it easier for me to make the proper corrections.

You are Welcome, Cindy.
I didn't hear back from you when I wrote you directly. Did you not git my email (dated Aug 9th, and Aug 2nd)? Perhaps it went to your spam folder?
I do have a question about Lena and Harriett. Do you have any idea where they died? I figured if you knew the date (9-Dec-1927), you might very well know if they died perhaps in Arkansas or Kansas. I was just curious. (If they were in Arkansas, perhaps her grave as well as Lena's is unmarked but recorded in the same cemetery as the one where Arvella Mae was buried? [Farmer Cemetery: Berryville, Carroll County, Arkansas, USA]
The big gest of my earlier emails is that Charles Arthur Cornwell's children who have passed are hooked up now:
(I transferred his daughter Della's memorial to you, as the memorial owner had given it to me.)
PS: I've gotten some good info from Peggy Newell -- daughter-in-law of Ethel Fern. That includes a photo of Walter Edwards's second family and another one for his mother and sisters. I have to install some image software to cut back the size of the photos as they are around 19 mb a piece -- findagrave wont' allow such huge photos. (Sometimes when they are a bit over, it can shrink them -- not on these.) The one of his mother also needs to be altered to see if it can be made clearer. It has too much white/black contrast to where it is hard to make much out. She is till searching for more photos...

Happy to do it! Hope this clears up the name on Samuel's memorial. Martha

You are so welcome. I deleted the pictures that were there and replaced with updated photos.

You're very welcome.
|Susan Pearce Page||John Arthur Pearce|
Thank you for the information on John Arthur Pearce 126948251. I was wondering if you would have any information for the brother of his father. That would be his Uncle John Pearce/Pierce married to Elizabeth Black. They would be my great-great grandparents. I can find very little information on either one of them. They lived mainly in Butler County, PA. Are you related to the Pearce line?
